I don’t really see the problem :| I am playing on a late 2012 iMac 21.5 with 2.9 GHz and 16 GB RAM. I play on high settings, rarely see lag in high populous areas or otherwise. Sometimes I will throw GW2 in the background for a couple hours as I look on the Internet for things to listen or watch a video. Right now I have Mail, PhotoBooth, iPhoto, iTunes, App Store, GW2, and a Skype video call going at the same time still running quite smooth. I am content either way just wish the Magic Mouse would work better.

I was about ready to say the first one looked a little brighter. It is extremely slight but it does look a little brighter to me at least…

The game didn’t start the sequence to “Find the Inquest Headquarters” after making it to the door. Anyone else experience this is there a fix or just have to /leave and take a nap? /:

Do you play on the mac beta or are you on the standard version of it?

I was wondering if anyone else had their “Mailbox is Full” hint glitch so that it is unachievable. Countless times have I had the allowed 10 mail slots taken up and did not receive any mail until someone informed me they sent me something then I would have to go through deleting all of the old mail. This doesn’t really bother me and I don’t care about the achievements but I only noticed this because it is stopping the Hint achievement from being completed :\

I always play in PuGs and I don’t find dungeons hard in the least /: if anything annoying because other people decide to do their own thing, but never hard. I agree though there needs to be a new dungeon or a hard mode system set up.

I have to agree with OP I really started playing this game back in February when I got my computer. 5 months later, about, I got the Dungeon Master title. My first, and only, time doing Arah P4 I completed it in 45 min – 1 hr. There needs to either be a new dungeon that is a true challenge or buff up the dungeons a little to give something of a challenge. The only dungeon I really like is CoE and I think that is because it looks so much darker than the other dungeons.

Molten Facility was pretty fun and Aetherblade Retreat wasn’t too bad. AR was probably the most challenging dungeon to date, for me.

Yeah you answered my question, but is there a way to see which top stats you have achieved or still no to that?

I was curious is there a way to see your stats from the previous game? I just started PvP today and I saw quite a few things pop up at the bottom right assuming it was events being done I ignored it and just returned to the lobby area.

Long story short, is there a way to see those stats or is it just down in the books?

I don’t understand why downloading the Mac beta client and installing it to the hard drive would be a problem. It just won’t be able to run on Windows. Only foreseeable problem might be what the formatting of the drive is, don’t take my word for law. I am not completely sure any of this would work.

When you attempt to install anything it goes through the computer to path that you chose to put the file. So you can think of it as being installed on the computer before being moved over to the external.

If you have a Mac at home you probably would be able to install it onto your external then run it from there on their computers.

By the way don’t mean to be one of those people but it is a Terabyte that I think you are trying to say you have?

That’s how I play GW2, hold down right mouse button, walk forward with either autorun or W.

What I got from the OP is that they want to use JUST the mouse to move. I love my magic mouse don’t get me wrong. More is needed than the mouse to move with me at least.

Go ahead and upgrade if you haven’t… I recently got my iMac 21.5 in W/O a fusion drive and the game runs beautifully. I truly don’t understand why so many people are upset then again if I tried it on my old mac I am sure I would understand.

Also I am running the game mostly on max settings and have no problem.
I have 16 GB RAM, 2.9 GHz i5, so you can decide what is best for yourself.
My recommendation is to upgrade either the RAM or the Processor since you can always get an external hard drive if you want extra space. Most people don’t need their HDD moving that fast anyway.
