Currently conditions are a bit too easy to apply and they do too much damage. After this new update condition builds will skyrocket if nothing is done to them and it will be all condition to eliminate defensive aspects like block and invuln.

And no, necromancer will be trashed hard. Only active defense they have to survive focus ? Dodge. And they want to butcher energy sigil.

when i play condi necro i usually get about 350k condi damage…but on power and viper rev…lol 700k-850k
Weird, guildies of mine had 700k – 1kk condi damage from some games a week ago on Necro..
Also, It’s not like Revenant is anything that should be compared to atm.
You can get that damage just if enemy it s braindead and it s not focusing you while playing with viper amulet:D

In games like dota and lol you have a good amount of champion to choose and please don t compare this with gw2 where you have 9 profesion 4 almost 5 out of meta or with really low representation.
In one game in pro league were 5 revenant 4 mesmer 1 ele GREAT CLASS REPRESENTATION.

necros are already in a really bad state they don t need nerf at all without giving them some defensive buffs.
Unless you’re willing to nerf Revenants there is no hope for balance. If you nerf Ele one of the few actual anti classes to the Revs without touching Revs the new meta will be 5 Revenants.
Your elite specs should not be more poweful than a base spec but that ship has sailed.
Create an anti bunker spec and teams will stop running 4 or 5 bunkers. Thieves have the mobility to be anti bunkers and 2v1 across the map, give them the tools to lock down a bunker and steal their lunch money. No bunker should be able to hold a point 2v1 if an anti bunker is on them. Add mechanics to steal to reduce the effectiveness of the bunker builds say a “cracked armor” mechanic, not able to 1v1 a bunker but able to 2v1 one.

This can’t be overstated enough. I’m a reaper main and I’ve been using the Deathly Chill trait, and it desperately needs a nerf. Chill is so easy to apply, it can be applied for very long durations, and the damage is equivalent is instantly stacking 5-6 bleeds, while at the same time reducing runspeed and increasing CD’s.
That’d be fine. Might also help base-necro gain back some of its condition players~ but either way, I’d say something would have to be given to Necro. They’re already not in a super-shining place as is, even if the Chill damage is a bit much.
There’s not really enough to justify condi reaper beyond chill, and condi necro is trash until Curses is made useful again. Realistically, the chills that cannot be avoided are the ones on sigils and runes, which may be the source of your distress, as Grenth Rune + Sigil of Ice = unavoidable chill for days.
Yes, condi reaper is absolutely justified without chill damage; (1) RS 2 aoe boon corrupt on kitten CD traited with curses (as an example, but obviously we can’t recommend actually using curses); (2) dhuumfire goes from useless to OK; (3) RS 4 is insane damage with condi; (4) reaper traits give much needed LF management that scepter lacks; (5) every necro needs stability, and shroud 3 becomes an aoe fear for terrormancers. And anyways, all we’re asking is for chill damage to be nerfed, not removed.
And the issue isn’t whether chill can be avoided. Most skills in this game can be avoided; it doesn’t change the fact that some skills are too strong. Keeping near perma-chill up is a simple task to do whether in 1v1’s or teamfights, even if everything can be avoided; all we’re saying is that it shouldn’t do that much damage. In any case, Suffer is an instant cast aoe chill that can give ~5 s of chill, and if traited can be used every 13 seconds. Staff 5 and 3 can also be difficult to avoid. Just saying. In a Teamfight Mesmers,Eles,Ranger Can get rid of condis really easy,Revenant has resistance,teef totally counters necro,Engi Enough condi clear etc.

What about ranger pet oneshoting people and ranger afk?
They forgot it, just like they forgot to reset mmr :P
In the past days i had on guy who was dropping the games..just afk going mid and dying playing with comander up.
People reported him for botting in at least 3 4 games he got more than 6+ report and he s still here playing.

Reapers don t have any BLocks,Evades,Immunity they go down easy with a cc and good focus.I think you have a l2play Issue against Reaper.
