That is actually a very good build tony.
I played with it for the last 2 days and im having a great success.
Its also good variation from the boring condition build.

Im looking for a guild ,that has an active and nice community to chat and run dungeons mainly, and has active members that are up for doing DE’s and running dungeons together.
Im an experienced level 80 necro that is very active in terms of both PvE and mainly Spvp, also a very old MMORPG veteran and has deep understanding in game mechanics overall and dungeons ( i farm them currently).
U can /W in game or post here.
forgot to mention: I play no Europe servers only.

Aye, just checked it and ur right, seems it got fixed.
So im re-calling my bug report.
Honestly, i just looked at the visuals of the scepter and dagger.
They are COMPLETELY not fitting a necro, they are more elem/mesmer style weapons.
The TA scepter/dagger looks much more sinister.
Probably the only great looking weapons for us are the trident and spear..but underwater weapons, come on whos going to waste hes life to create a legendary underwent weapon?
There is nothing more annoying then fighting the first boss in TA (Wurms) dodging those poison bolts, when suddenly those dumb flowers spawn under ur feet.
That drives me off every time.
Because forward> forward is the most longest route comparing to up and forward>up, which are way faster and easier (Mesmer boss is a bit challenging but nothing bad).
Probably the only time i bother with F>F is one in a day for the daily 10 tokens.
There is another bug that havn’t been mentioned:
Curses tree:
Lingering curse (scepter conditions last 33% longer) doesn’t stack with Hemophilia (Increased 20% bleed duration), means u can’t get 53% increase bleed duration on scepter auto attack bleeds and on grasping dead bleed.
Necros are priceless in Dungeons and PvE.
I myself running with full well spec (blood,power,drakenss and suffering) with 0/30/10/30 Spec and benefit alot to the team in terms of conditions,heals debuffing and survivability
Comparing it to the guardian is wrong, as they are different at what they do.
Guardian is a boon-buffers mainly while necro is a debuffer and condition remover in PvE.

Meh, the legendary stats design was really badly made.
Honestly, the effort it takes the to make a legendary weapon and u get wrong stats and un-fitting look…
I rather just farm TA or Arah for the badkitten looking necro gear/weapons.
It work with all weapons except the staff.

I know its a bit head off and far, but out of curiosity i checked the legendary weapons currently discovered and i was surprised (on the bad side).
All the weapons that the necro can use got power+vit+toughness.
No condition dmg or precision whatsoever.
The most useless stats for necromancer on the legendary weapons.
Am i missing something? or we got totaly screwed and there is not even a point to go after a legendary weapon?
