Guild Wars 2

Taken a second character into HoT and completed the prologue. Now it is telling me to get my basic gliding mastery to continue but I already have that and the story isn’t continuing. The mastery was achieved with a different toon and is of course account wide.

The error code you receive Code=1083:5:7:1596:101

cmd > ipconfig flushdns

Fixes it.

They had a power failure in Frankfurt and it borked some of the hardware ( guess they never invested in surge protectors huh! ). They are rebuilding it all atm and there is no eta on when it will be done.

It does appear to have one huge memory leak in that area. I have a monster gaming rig with 64gb ram and a GeForce GTX680 on an Asus Sabretooth mainboard and this is the only area in the game that slows me down to about 15fps ( I get well above 60fps everywhere else regardless of how many players are around)

Same here. Time to chill while they fix the login server.
