i just got into playing tempest as dps in raids…. and now i read about all those changes :/ what do you think will change for the tempest? will he still be in a good spot in the usual team-comp?

how will the optimal rotation change?

i am curious about what you think!

this is a really big problem in my eyes! guild missions have been an essential part in our guild-life and even tho it was repetetive, we did it just for the togetherness. now, many of the missions are bugged: yesterday, we did a puzzle with ~15 ppl and only 4 (!) received a reward… not, that the rewards are the great anyway but it should award every player who participated at the event at least with something; they even removed the chest in the end, so that the most of us really got nothing!

please fix these issues, it really killed GMs for us!

Although we are a german guild, we love to participate at this exceptional contest and we hope, that our video may be considered.

yeah, you are right: i get the “you are not in a guild” message. representing another guild and then switching back doesn’t solve it

i’ve seen the thread with the tab switching, but i don’t get any messages from any of my guildies….

imho chatfunction is really crucial to a mmo and i really hope they bring out a hotfix pretty quick!

the guild chat doesn’t work for me after yesterday’s update! this is a real pain, since i love to chat with my guildies.

anyone else has the same issue or any workaround?

so I took 2 weeks off GW2 and just wanted to play it again. I reinstalled the game and tried to log in but it failed always.

I thought, I remember my password incorrectly. But here on the website, I could login as usual. Anyway, I changed my password to go for sure. Now I can still log in here, but not in the client.

What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had the same issue?

you were talking about cooperative developement; and here you have it: the whole ranger-community screams to not fix this!!!! it doesn’t ruin the game, it’s not gamebreaking, it’s just a little bit of some extra-dmg which is pretty much only effective in pve…. and srsly, rangers aren’t in a not good shape concerning dungeongroups and stuff….

listen to us and find a solution… maybe put a cooldown on it, as some of the posters have mentioned…. but in the name of your players: don’t screw us (again!)

pls anet!!! don’t fix it!! actually it is fixed as it is… i really like that change and after all, we felt some love on our class!!

couldn’t you just hotfix this by writing the fact in the tooltip? you can take all my money and all my gems, but pls dont revert this change beeeeeg

well, actually, it is that simple. just compare the company that has made the most popular MOBA-game. recently, they made a contract for pro-players that many people were unhappy with. ppl were mildly upset and it was heavily discussed on reddit; even devs post there and answer question frequently. in the end, they changed the contract and the most upvoted comment was this: “I think it’s admirable that you took your fanbase’s/player-base’s happiness into account.”

i don’t want to compare apples and bananas and yeah, i know, this desire for happniess-oriented decisions may be superficial… but hell, i want to enjoy the few hours i play this game daily.

i know, there is much rant on the forums lately and i won’t persue such complaining.

But i just want to point out, that you pretty much miss a hell lot of money by continuously ignoring your playerbase and keeping them unhappy. I won’t go into detail, why and where so many ppl are unhappy with how you deal with several issues (just take the recent WvW-rewards as example).

It’s a simple fact: happy people spend more money! If a company makes me happy in any ways, i am more likely to give them money in hopes to increase or sustain my happiness even further.

So maybe you write the letters “HAPPINESS” on your office’s wall; on the one hand, that may keep your staff happy despite what they have to read at the forums and reddit and on the other hand, it may inspire you to make player-friendly decisions, so that you earn even more money and can work on this beautiful game.

concerning the armor, i will have to rebuild it a little bit; atm i have carrion on it and seems i need the crits out of this build…

i’ve watched some of your videos! they are pretty cool! but another question: would this build work (with some adeptions) also for smallscale groups or zerg?!

i searched the forum a bit but couldn’t quite find a match for my question. So i hope you will be so friendly and answer some of my questions.

Since the Kasmeer staff came out, i dusted off my mesmer and wanted to play her as a solo roamer in WvW! So my questions are:

1) Is a Soloroamer mesmer with staff viable in WvW?
2) Could you give me some tips about playing staff mesmer?
3) Do you even have a build ready? I tried to play around with traits, but i dont really get satisfied ^^
4) What to use as offhand-items? I went zepter and torch.

I would enjoy to read some answers of you!

i guess they didn’t expect such a shtstorm after their nerfs, coz… you know… nobody at anet plays a ranger and obviously they need a scapegoat for what reason ever…

they just don’t want ppl to be happy
