I can not decide which class to make next a engineer or a mesmer which do you all think?

So I am going to roll a engineer and cant decide what race to make him any preferences or opinions?

I was just wondering which server was the best for PvP and WvWvW the server im on is more PvE oriented I believe. Mainly because i want to try it out, and i want the server to be highly populated but pvp savvy .

then where do you get the best armor or the armor you should use

So i recently rolled a necromancer and i have to say they are super fun, and i like a axe and warhorn but never really see that so is that no the best choice i see alot of staffs and daggers but i like axe and warhorn any suggestions?

So i recently got this game and am downloading and installing it and was wondering how the player base was. Like is there people in most places like starting areas main citys etc. Or is it deserted? Was just kind of curious.
