Thanks to everyone who replied. I took both the Guardian and the Engineer out for a quick 5 level test drive. Based on these VERY limited play sessions, I opted to go with the Guard this time around. I’ll probably be dreaming of bombs before too long. Sigh…

Just hit level 5 with my fiance after a couple months away from the game. She chose to play a Warrior this time around for the high damage output. I decided to try out the Guardian for the first time. Currently I’m using a GS and am loving the high damage, but would like to start practicing with an alternate weapon setup to fulfill more of a support role.

What weapons would best compliment leveling duo with a Warrior?

My fiance and I will be starting new alts (for PvE) after a couple months hiatus from the game. She chose Warrior, as she really likes dominating damage output. I’m torn between Engineer and Guardian.

How well would the Engineer compliment the Warrior during leveling?
