So i need to buy again the game cuz this order was not even counted or w8 more than one day lose the sale and kill myself ?
GW2 didn’t say anything to me about my order and i dind’t even receive and email order confirmation, just nothing!I dont even know bro :/( i think i just lost 20 euros cause my paysafecards are empty
I’m dying, I don’t know if I buy the game again or not! I can’t waste 10 euros!
To me it says that the order was cancelled although i did nothing and the order was confirmed before it just got cancelled on its own and apart from that i checked my paysafecards balance and nothing zero balance i tried sending e mails to check it out but still no reply
So they charged the money ? And you don’t have your serial ?
Yep exactly and even though the one says it got cancelled both paysafe cards are empty
That’s why I don’t know if i buy the game again or wait for their response, more than one day waiting and nothing and the sale ends 17:30GMT, i’m affraid even with my invoice and order complete prints with the date (24/01/2015) they will charge me the real game price! Gaile Grail send me a pm saying that he was reporting my case and nothing, and this was 10 hours ago when paleon get his key 2 hours after Gaile said the same thing to him… I’m assuming they just don’t like me at all!
Still no response from either digital river or Anet we are talking about money here i am not some rich kid and i want an answer i dont want my money going to waste
I’m with you, they are no responding now … they should that, the sale ends to day and there are still players whitn problems
i know let’s be patient for now and we will see…but i think i lost my money
I don’t think Anet will let it slide that easily. There seem to be a real lot of people with issues similar to ours whether they are posting about it or not.
Why they are not responding to us! We need to know what to do!
