Vale/Blue Guardian: Distributed Magic Bug

There seems to be an issue with the Blue Guardian/Vale Guardians Distributed Magic (Green Dot) spell. I noticed this issue during my last raid. While my character is inside the Green Dot, and the AOE completes, my Health drops to half 11.5k to 4.5k. There is no reason this should be happening. I play as an Elementalist/Tempest Charr, and according to many guides for this particular spell, it’s supposed to reduce the damage to 5%/10%, to each player, if there are, at minimum, 5 people in the area of effect when it completes. That being the case, why is my character receiving 50% damage every time the green dot completes and everyone else receives the 5%/10%. I also checked the combat log to make sure nothing else had hit me, and it showed that the only spell that hit me was Distributed Magic for around 4k~ damage.

Freezing Issues After Dodging or At Random

At random times, without any warning, after I do a dodge or haven’t been moving for a while, my character freezes in place without reason. This has apparently been a known bug for a while but it has yet to be resolved.

Current Known Workarounds: Dodge Again. This however impedes gameplay, for many classes that rely on dodging for survival, talents, or as part of their rotation for PvP and/or PvE.

I’m asking that anyone else who experiences this bug please reply to it here. This is an issue that should of been resolved long ago. My hope is that someone will put this on the Known Issue Tracker for Investigation and Resolution.

Guild Hall Closing "Bug"

Not sure what causes it or if it is by design, but even with everyone in the guild hall in the same instance, the map will ask to close and you have 5 mins to transfer over to the new instance of the Guild Hall. Sometimes, even this transfer will kick a player out of it entirely to their last known location before they entered. This is seemingly irrelevant for Guild Halls to happen, especially if the population is small (around 3 – 15 agents)."

Random Disconnects During Story

While doing Story in the Journal, I randomly get disconnected. Now the first thought I had is my firewall or something was causing it, checked it, all the correct ports were open and checked if the ports were forwarded on my wireless gateway, they are. What I also note is that the random disconnects only seem to occur during the story missions. Raids, Dungeons, WvW, PvP, Home Instances, Open World, are all fine; It’s just in story where the disconnects seem to be occurring. I’ve already run Gw2 Repair, no issues were found.

Unable to Knock out lab guard per instructions: Subdue the lab Guard. Have tried: In a Party, Solo, Logging out to Character Screen then Log Back in and Restart the Part of the Story. Please Help! It’s blocking progress.

Ok, I’ve literally walked the whole map of Plains of Ashford and there seem to be two missing POI’s from the map. I’ve talked to all the scouts and none of them help you. Any advice would be helpful. I have 16/18

If the leader of the group dies and the other party members are still alive, the event does not reset. Living party members are unable to resurrect the leader (due to the mortality debuff) or kill themselves off so the event resets. Waypoints are also not showing up on the map, so no one can evacuate the instance unless they log out and log back in. This is highly blocking progress and the debuff (mortality) should be changed to something more realistic, 80% less healing.

I got Disconnected from the game during the City of Hope mission, and it took me out of the instance after logging back in from the network error. It’s literally impossible to do this mission as an elementalist ALONE.
