I’ve always played a thief, so deadeye but I’m not crazy about it to be honest. the stuff I really like about the thief isn’t part of the deadeye. I like being stealthy, agile, a trickster, deadeye is pretty the contrary to these. a sniper stands still, hundreds of meters away from its victim for the lucky shot.

I main a thief/daredevil, too. And your reasons are pretty much why I have zero interest in the Deadeye. I hope they make a true Assassin Elite Spec in the future.

Anyway, I voted Weaver because: Fiery lightning.

Curious, what would a “true assassin” spec be like? Seems like base theif is already quite slippery and tricky to deal with so much so they created a status specifically to trip them up.

Basically, i feel any new elite specs for theif will likely lean on a gimmick and “perfect assassin” seems rather broad.

I always thought that they would base a “assassin” elite on shiro. Give the theives off hand sword.

I am hoping for a golem version of the mounts for my asura, and some more elemental looking mounts for my weaver.

Since we are going back to elona, and it appears the expansion is including a number of new armour skins, I am hoping we may see at least one armour set similar to those found in GW1. It may be a stretch, but I especially loved the prophecies starter armour for my ele.

I was wondering what other old school armour skins people may want to see make a comeback.

I am going in with my human elementalist. It was the first one that i maxed out, so I can’t wait to see how i can progress my character more with mastery points. I also am very excited to the specializations, I like the idea of making characters of the same profession more unique of each other.

Quaggans are sentient creatures, so I do not think we could turn them into pets. I do like the idea for the dolphin and squid though.

since I played guild wars 1, I chose human because I was hoping to see what happening to the society that my original GW1 character was apart of.

And side note: the song contains a number of middle eastern techniques so could this be a very, very hidden message that we can expect to return to elona. Probably not, but it is still fun to imagine.

While the pet selection is already diverse, there is still plenty of room to expand. Personally I would like to see the crabs from factions make a return. Also, I would very much appreciate it if Anet expanding the canine group to include a couple more dogs, specifically something like a Golden retriever. I know it may seem like a simple vanity thing, but recently I lost my dog so to have a in-game pet that remind me of him would be awesome.

I would like the starter elemetalist armor from GW1 to make a comeback, and for those hoodies available as town clothes in the gem store to be also available as armor. I think they would look awesome on rangers.

Aren’t you restricting yourself from a lot of beneficial play styles by refusing other professions as mains. What benefit is there to a single profession guild?

I think the best thing to do would be to create an in-game device that will allow you to relive past events while still being able to treat them as “past” events. Maybe the asura could make a time machine or memory projector.
