I would love to have daily jumping puzzle achievement back. But maybe not just in the form of a generic daily JP, but at least “daily kryta jumping puzzle”.
Ultimately I think it’d be cool to have a specific jumping puzzle (or a mix of 2-3 to choose from, not necessarily only from one region) that you’d have to complete each day for the achievement.

I have just encountered the same problem. Tried it with running the game in Windowed Fullscreen and actual Fullscreen, happened in both cases.

If your problem is not seeing the skill challenge NPC, for now, you can try transferring to another server. Unless your current home world is full, you shouldn’t have a problem returning.
I’ve done that (since the NPC was nowhere to be found on Gandara) and have finally found the NPC on Ruins of Surmia and was able to complete the challenge there.

I am patiently waiting for one character name to be released as well.

What’s weird (and different than the OPs situation) is that the character creation says the name is reserved (and not that it’s already taken), but adding someone with that character name to my friends list always adds someone (and I don’t get the There is no player using that name. If you meant to find a character name be sure there are no numbers in the name message).
