When I came back from a very long hiatus, I learned both my account and email have been compromised. My GW2 friends told me the hacker acted as if I was the owner and tried to sell the account, but I am not sure about this.

I immediately changed personal info but all my in-game stuff were gone. I kept telling this to the GM but he/she still won’t let me restore the missing things.
Could you please investigate and help me restore my account?

how come Golem sickle’s casting speed is still slow? is it working as intended? I shouldn’t have bought it in the first place…

vs condi classes like pu mesmer, engi, nec this build is not really good imho especially when using signet of restoration instead of renewal, but nicely done

Yesterday I tried to log, it says my account has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money.
The day before yesterday, I sent 3 gold to each of my friend’s characters because he promised to send me the materials for the weapon I was making. that golds were only used to buy tools to gather materials.
Isn’t it too harsh to permaban a player for such reason?

Hi.
I made a legendary staff couple days ago.
And I am very disappointed by the appearance and the effect it has.
Unlike legendary 2h swords, the staff does not even have any effect when you cast a spell. Plus, all the legendary weapons should have unique sigils.
