A potential fix: let any armor be equipped in town clothes slots, to only be used visually and under the same rules as town clothes (only out of combat).

Anybody doing this on their mesmers?
And if it’s possible, mind sharing some advice?

So once upon a time, I was talking to my gf.
She was telling me she wanted a costume for her cat.
I was like, eehhh that’s nice.
And then she’s all like, “I want the kitten costume”
and I was all like, “Dannngg girl no need to get upset about it”

and then I realized what happened.

The word “Kitten” has been tainted now.

I feel like I’ve gotten decent tags from dropping a traited (reflecting) veil at a choke point.

That and Chaos Storm from staff.

And maybe passing out retaliation with SoI + iDefender.

I would just want any persistent phantasm, flesh golem style.

Or maybe illusion siege weaponry. Maybe even clones that man them.
But probably severely reduced damage considering you could pop them up wherever.

Last idea: Illusionary Scape Goat: Summon a clone, as long as that clone is alive, you are cloaked, if he dies, you uncloak. All other uncloak rules apply (you attack, etc).

I would love range indicator, and a timer.

My problem though, is that no range is stated. I blew many a portal before I found this out.

Bountiful Interruption: Grandmaster for one boon? bleehh. If Focus pull worked like Chaos Archangel suggests, might be better.

Compounding Celerity: Maybe we are supposed to run people down with this? Seeing as we need clones = in combat. Seems unwieldy.

Blinding Befuddlement: needs to much support/setup to be useful.

The more I level up my other guys (ranger level 31 is my highest alt), the more builds and things I want to try on my mesmer. It happens.
