yesterday in the evening I did tequatl the sunless and although I got gold medal from finishing the event I didnt get a chest spawn.

. Also if people are really expecting to receive a precursor from some scavenger hunt be prepared to be disappointed, what you will most likely see implemented from “the hunt” are items which when combined in the forge offer a high chance at yielding precursors.

Exactly my thought about how they going to implement this “scavenger hunt” Im pretty sure they will have a fix or high chance recipe which will be costing tones of materials like 250 ecto,200 lodestones etc..Which will have as a result, to skyrocket in a matter of seconds the price of all of these materials by the ppl who manipulate the tp who already have thousand of golds.

And then we will be back to square one where not only we will have a chance of getting one by either feeding mystic forge with 0,0000001% something chances to get one but we will have many other materials costing double in price that will make impossible to craft a precursor either with less than 400-500g.

Ladies and gentleman let me return with my paranoid messages …

For last 2 days, approx the morning of the forum topics release ive written some stuff about not recieving any good drop/not getting any exotic (except map reward&karka chest) after that; my luck suddenly increased i mean yesterday i run all 3 paths on AC/TA and 2 paths on CoF and i recieved like 8-10 rare and 1 “named” exotic …

And again im telling you i guess Anet just find people who are typing here and increase their drop rate for few days or so or maybe its like a bribe … and will end soon … but today after 4 dungeon runs AC 3paths and Cof 1-2 i recieved 2 rares

That means ive recieved nearlly the total rare count ive farmed till yesterday in 1 day // and i got 1.5k TA tokens / 1.9k CoF tokens think about it am i wrong ? or that just happened to me by a “Coincidence” ?

Same thing happened to me today While I was running HOTW it was really strange,while I wasnt getting any reward for a month now suddenly I start getting a satisfying amount of them Not sure if its coincidence or…?

There is definitely something wrong with the loot.Before the patch I used to farm shelter-penitent in Cursed shore every day for a couple of hours every day with full magic find gear and after each event I had all of my bags full of loot with a reasonable amount of rares.After the patch when I try to do the same Im not even getting half of the loot and once in a blue moon I will get a rare or I wont get at all after severals hours of farming, and of course I wont talk about exotics since its easier to win the lottery than drop one.

I believe when they implement getting precursors with the “scavenger hunt” they will have it so you can forge it with mats.So Im pretty sure they will be costing an extraordinary amount of mats like 500 globs,500 t6 mats etc….. As far as I got so far the cores of GW2 is “farming money” & “luck” because without money you cant get anything ingame and without luck you cant get money,so I dont really have my hopes up, that the famous “svavenger hunt” will follow some other path by being fun with hard tasks to do.

It would be nice if the transmutation stones when used save-unlock the skin you transmuted to be used again for future transmutations,+ create an achievement for collecting various sets.

Except that all these particles make me lag like hell,most of the times in events I cant see what is happening except a huge lighting effect towards the target and the only indications that im hitting the target are the numbers .An option to remove all these unnecessary particles while keeping only the important is more than welcome,I hope it comes soon.

totally agree with the rest of the ppl on how annoying this is, especially while you try to do jumping puzzles since it takes forever to get out of combat.

The dungeons In my opinion are punishing the weaker and casual players first of all by repairing costs which dont let them have fun even by wiping.Also you make all these “elites” to never want to team up with inexperience players in order to help them because they know they going to have a hard time and probably the repair bills will be high.Btw since some of the “elites” players are insisting that actually getting out with a bit more money than they got in, isnt it better to just lower a bit the reward in silvers you get and get rid of the repairs while in dungeons so both casuals and elites are happy?

Secondly melees are getting punished so much more compared to range players.And dont get me wrong I know you can survive if you paying 100% attention but why that is mostly only for melees?

Third is it only me that many times I cant see anything that happening around the bosses and what they are doing if we have more than one mages in the group who spam their spells which having as a result melees instantly die without have the time to react?

And to finish this,I like the hard dungeons too and I wish the fights were more complex instead of the one shot things they spamming.But again without punishing ppl for wiping and learning the encounters.

Definitely dungeons need a serious look and maybe an overhaul to make them way more fun for everyone.

Hello these are my suggestions:

  • Give us a way to remove particles,most of the time in Dynamic events you cant see anything that happening if there are a couple of elementalists and mesmers around moreover they make ppl without so good computer lag like crazy.A good way to do this is to give an options like show all particles,show particles only of myself,and dont show anything,Of course with keeping the ^world particles^ like the rings at the floor which indicate what is happening.
  • Put a bank inside the mist.
  • Give us a way to earn some gold by doing pvp and even possible some karma.
  • Remove cost of repair in dungeons and up a bit the rewards.
  • Give us a way to duel only ppl from our friends list,only inside the mist.
  • Give us an option to get a second spec for our traits that we can only swap every 10 min out of combat,you can sell this at the gem store.
  • If you complete the world 100% lower significant the cost of travelling around so you promote even more ppl start exploring and finishing the world.
  • Improve the description in many traits an example is some warrior traits such as defy pain or last stand which dont say what the cd is.
  • Change the map so we can put multiple marks on it that we can give them names so we have easier time to remember things like where events happening.
  • A way so we can also do direct trade with other players.
  • Many events especially in orr are most of the time bugged so if its possible change the events that if no progress is done during 10 min timer the event reset.
  • Deal with all these bots that spamming ppl with ingame emails selling gold.
  • Display also the real lvl of the players while downscale.

These some of the things that I can think of right now that I would like to see changed.

I am ok with the difficulty and I think its good that you are trying to make ppl to not farm 1 or 2 bosses from the whole dungeon over and over in order to get tokens but in my opinion these changes are really needed to make dungeons way less frustrating and mofre fun for everyone:

1) Give us a way to remove particles from ppl in our group,you cant see literally anything that Bosses or mobs doing if you have more that one mages in the group resulting on getting one shot all the time. In aoc for example they have 3 options show all particles,show myself and dont show anything with Including an option for world particles(thats the particles from the npcs that were important).I believe something similar can work here aswell.

2)Its annoying as hell that after 1 or 2 deaths we have to pay about 2 silver to repair damaged armor because for some reason gear is getting damaged way more easier while in dungeon than in openworld.So In my opinion this need to go away so ppl at least arent losing something while trying to crack a hard dungeon.Also by having the gear getting damaged you automatically decline a huge part of the population who want to try the dungeons but they dont because they know that they going to spend all of their money in repairings.Moreover right now more experience ppl dont want to team up with ppl that are not in the same lvl with them because they know they will die many times having as a result to lose many hard earned silvers.

3)like someone else already suggested make it so when you die during a boss fight you have a res timer about 20-30 sec so you dont promote zerg fighting but developing proper strat in order to crack an encounter.

4)Again like someone else suggested earler in exploring mode name the paths , for example easy-medium-hard etc… and adjust with proper rewards according to the difficulty of the path you chose with a small boost or a daily achievement if you finish all of the paths of a dungeon.

So in conclusion you really need stop punishing ppl who want to have fun in your dungeons and need to promote them with smart ways so even ppl who are not so harcore get the initiative to have fun trying them without having to think about consequences.

I have finished almost all story modes and some exploring and Iam partially ok with the difficulty of the dungeons but seriously the repair of the armour needs to go away while you are in a dungeon,I know many ppl who dont want to go there because after every death you spent almost 2 silvers on repairing so overall instead of getting something you are getting out of the dungeons with less….

Just pls get rid of the need to repair armour during dungeons.The dungeons are already really hard and with the repairing cost being so high it just make ppl to just dont go there.So to promote ppl enjoy this aspect of the game and not feel they risk to much when they enter a dungeon make it so your armour dont get damaged and break while you are inside.

More reward out of PVP?

It will be nice if there was a way to make some gold from Spvp, maybe with every box you buying get a small amount of money with gold box giving more than the others.

I can confirm that aswell,it happened to me several times especially in dungeons.

Also while we are at it, some times although I have the trait that gives you 100% to rally if you kill someone in vengeance it doesnt work and you still die eventhough you kill mobs.
