The logic in your argument is lacking, so is the fact you haven’t been in any of our matchups, and aside you have no clue how many guilds and commanders we have lost , we barely have ever gotten any transfers, and aside from that, we have made it on our own.

For me this league with the introduction of Kenny will be a tough one. Top contenders could be HoD / FC/ Kenny, based on ranking and so far the numbers of wins and loses. Fergy has gone several weeks topping in first place and at least second, Pulled a great victory on SF and DH, has devastated DR/DH.

Due to massive guild loss from several servers jumping to silver and gold league first place contenders, at the same time FC hasn’t had any influx of major guilds, rather a small portion.

My thoughts is top tier guilds who won’t want to be in qeue for hours will jump down to bronze, either filling up Kaening or HoD based on ranking. If lucky Fergy might get some love. If this happens, it will be a stompfest.

At the same time we might see an increase from PvE players trying to get some AP and thus we might see major catastrophes , as massive zergs from PvE pugs get steamrolled by WvW veteran zergs, and it will be interesting for roamers, since most players might be easy pickings.

I would love to place my money of Fergy, but my instincts tell me not to trust anything otherwise. I fear one or two servers will be bandwagoned pretty soon..

I feel like Bronze league will be interesting, since most of the servers aren’t as densely populated we might see some even matches, although if some servers completely lose more numbers, we might see a faceroll for several…

i, for one, would absolutely love to see a close season with et, fc, and sf duking it out for the top… whoever wins. would be such a nice turnaround from feb/march!

i dont think our other bronze buddies really have kinship yet! ar doesnt have bp next door, and i think dr is probably too weak to compete with the kaineng remnants (although that may be going too far back for the people that play nowadays and kaineng is such a wildcard). a run between hod and et could be interesting, the 2 fallen t1 servers! (tho again, idk if they actually felt kinship like between fc/et/sf since while their background is similar theyve not been stuck together)

I predict that leagues are going to open up a Glicko gap. Those at the bottom of the each tier will feast off the ratings of those at the top, even in those lopsided matches. So tose at the bottom of a tier are likely to gain rating, and those at the top drop rating. In the end I think you will see a greater Glicko gap between Gold/Silver and Silver/Bronze which is just a whole other problem. But assuming the fully open up RNG between season 1 and season 2 things should normalize again. Could be way off base here, time will tell.

You’re probably right, Runamok. We’ve already seen that Glicko does not handle ratings gaps all that well. On the good side, at least this Ghetto has nine servers in it, versus you/us/SF getting stuck rooming together for months.
I, myself, am at least glad that the ANet folk decided to go for a three-League spread. Two Leagues of twelve servers per would have outright killed half the servers in play, WvW-wise.
Now, as for predictions: I’d like to see our boys win it, but we’re going to have to be seriously up on our biz to do so. SF/ET are definitely even matches at this point. We have yet to defeat either Kain/HoD or (assuming they end up in Bronze) NSP. And as we all know, the perception that Server “X” is unbeatable, has a large effect on both
“Y” and “Z”, as far as morale is concerned.
Reset night should be plenty entertaining this time around …

They better not start the season with KN/HoD/FC

If they do that, we might all find out quickly who’s going to win season 1. It’s far more interesting right now that we don’t know! (unlike every other league)

Yes, there appears to be a lot of uncertainty in the Bronze League. I personally feel this is the Gold League. I feel every server have an equal change to win. I can’t think of any blow outs.

As someone who fought ET and FC for many weeks back when we were stuck in T8, I can say that after fighting them again the past few weeks they have improved greatly.

Just stopping by to wish my few remaining comrades ([Ai], [NIIX], etc. You know who you are.) on Kaineng all the best. It’s good that you got Bronze.

I feel like we, HoD, have a shot at winning, but I am more excited to fight more evenly matched servers!

And win or lose, good luck to all the bronze league, get vids and have fun, we will be the envy of the entire NA server-sphere before these matches are over!
