I want cheaper things in the gem store. 10 dollars for one set of armor can not be justified, maybe if it was 3 sets it could be. The game costs $50. If i am paying 1/5 the price for armor it better be some kitten’in armor (most armors are not worth $10). Too bad people will keep dishing out $10 bucks for 1 set of sub-par armor for one piece of the set they like. Also i would like to see weapons in the gemstore and not have some stupid RNG.

How about swimsuits.

And school uniforms.

Parts of armour skins sets sold separately. They’d have to be more expensive per piece than if you bought the whole set of course, for example 250 gems per piece. Right now I don’t buy a lot of gem store skins because I only like one part of the set and I am not willing to spend 800 gems on five things I do not want.

I would love to see the Grenth hood come back. I was not playing at the time because of studies and missed it. Would be nice to see it as permanent in the gem store since so many people want to buy it. Its a win/win!

Makeover Kits merged into the Hero Panel

A summary of details in the request:

• Makeover/hair kits removed from the Gem Store
• Adjustments require Alteration Charges which are added at the same cost/amount as Transmutation Charges to the Gem Store
• Charges are used on a ‘per-feature-adjustment’ basis

My reasons for supporting this request:
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase “charges” (or whatever) to make frequent changes to my appearance. If charges are priced like current Transmutation Charges then I would welcome them and buy them often.

As it is currently, needing to spend far too much for a single kit to make a single adjustment to my appearance causes me to not purchase any.

If I were charged on a per-feature-adjustment basis, I would make changes and tweaks constantly. This ‘fee per adjustment’ plan would result in plenty of appearance charges being used. Spending a ton of gems for a full kit just to tweak the color of my sylvari’s glow so it will match her new armor color scheme…no thanks, not buying those. I’d rather make a new character than buy a kit to tweak one small detail on an existing one.

- I want hair accessories to be able to be dyed with all of the dyes you’ve unlocked!

They use the exact same pool of dyes from the armor start dyes set, so why is it impossible to dye these accessories? Say I’m going for an all out celestial (white) dyed armor-set. I want the bow in my hair to be celestial too, of course, but this isn’t possible. Instead I have to choose a dirty gray/white-ish dye for the bow in my hair. And thus my look is ruined. I buy dyes, expensive or not, to be able to make my character’s color scheme as complex as I want it to be but I am extremely limited as soon as I want to use hair accessories. So please listen to us and give us the option to dye our hair accessories with our well earned dyes.

- Also, I want to be able to change the race of an already made charachter!

I would pay A LOT of money to change my human mesmer into an asura, and I’m sure a lot of other people would too. If you’ve bought any cultural armor you either get the same pieces but for the new race or you get 75% of the gold spent back. If you’ve finished the personal story (like I have) this obviously isn’t a problem when changing race- but if you haven’t I either suggest that you can’t play the PS on that charachter ( it would be completely removed) or it restarts the PS but for the new race you’re changing into. This would be seperate from the Total Makeover Kit, and cost a lot more. 1200 gems perhaps. All for the money-gain of ANet.

You know what I would really love? Heroes or henchmen. Like sidekick you can buy from Gem Store kind of like the team up Marvel Superheroes is doing. You should even make them customizable. Also, I really want Norn Shaman outfits as Town Clothes, same with Human Priest armor, Charr flame Shaman maybe, and More Sylvari plant clothes. Armor sets of people in GW1 such as. Jora, Eve, and even Dervish armor. Weapons like Shiro’s blades from Factions. Kurzick and Luxon armor. More stuff about Owl Spirit. I think a family would be a cool idea but maybe not Gem Store material.

Edit: Another thing would be that you could “purchase” a living story event that you missed and you can go back and do it once. Like I missed killing Scarlet because I was very busy through out that entire event, and now I don’t have the mask which I so desire. Ot just ways to get these item from the gem, obviously they would cost more than the average head piece skin. Also, tonics for the Dervish forms of the human gods and old npcs. These could be Karma merchant items.

Edit: And a miniature Sieran and Forgel. There is already a Tybalt so it’s a little unfair to Sieran and Forgel.

What has been requested:

• Ability to purchase the full armor
• Ability to purchase individual pieces from the full set but a little higher cost per piece
  (think of the full set as being a bulk deal)

What has been given:

• Full sets remain as full set purchases only
  (still cannot purchase individual items from existing full sets)
• Low quality/lazily-designed individual non-full set items released at a much higher cost
  (nearly/at least double what can be considered reasonable)

They’ve still not gotten it right, which I suspect is due to a combination of a lack of effort and caring and a high amount greed. One can only guess. :\

Considering many other facets of the game in what seems to be a “release first patch (much) later” approach, I’m going to go with lack of effort/coordination. :\

I accept the microtransaction model as a whole, but I’ve always felt that developers never turn their special currency into the same value as physical currency when determining value. Are there assessments done that support an 800 gem ($10) skin/outfit cost? Why not 240 gems ($3) and expect an increase in sales? (It would have to triple sales in that specific case, which isn’t likely considering prior research on microtransactions.) Ideally, there’s a point in the profit curve between a small percentage buying big ticket items (outfits and skins) and the masses buying cheap items (transmutation charges and what upgrade extractors should be, but aren’t).

- Creates a chest similar to the “Box-o-fun”
- Carries the name [Creator Name]‘s Gift Box

2) color (much more gold)

Permanent hairstyle/makeover kits. The ability to increase stack size to 500. A way to permanently upgrade my salvage-o-matic to a higher quality version, even if it increased the cost-per-use slightly.

And, as always, paper bag mood helms.

1- Rune & Sigil extractor that is geared towards getting things out of WvW/Karma gear (not infusions) Sell a 6 piece kit so you can remove the runes from an entire armor set. (~300 gems for set) [will not work for infusions]

2- Bunny Ears, Rox Quiver, Grenth Hood, Wide Rim Glasses as well as all other former town clothes only pieces that are now helms

3- More animal ear helms (Cat, Fox, Dog, Insect antennae, etc)

4- Karka Hatchling Backpack (like the little cuties that latch onto you while roaming Southsun)

5- Boost Enchantment Powder 10 for 125 gems, 50 for 500 gems, 100 for 800 gems (or similar pricing)

6- Permanent Accessory Kit that uses the account dyes and lets you change your accessory color anytime. (1000 gems?)

Mad Memories: Complete Edition would be amazing. Please make it happen!

Please add other colors of flower back item skins to the gem store, or even an item that will allow us to change the color of our back items to a color we have unlocked on our accounts.

account wide access to convenience items like the chinese vip/royal access. paying 500 gems for a 2 week banker golem that only works for 1 character for rather than 1250 gems per month for full account wide access to bank, merchant, tp makes our items seem super over priced. The vip system convenience features seem like a good thing the implement.

So many people are asking for Grenth Hood that it would be outright crazy for them not put it back in, assuming they are a company that want money.

Break up the makeover kit and put it in the wardrobe function. Use transmute charges, or use makeover charges, and let me change the color of my hair/accessory/norn tattoos/whatever else individually. A more flexible system means it’ll get used more often. I know the wardrobe has made it so that I’m way more likely to change my look- I’ve probably used twice as many transmutes since the patch as I had before. The way it is now, it feels punitive to fiddle with some minor appearance thing because it will use up a whole kit, but give us the ability to control what we’re tweaking, and I bet you’ll see way more cosmetic variety. Also, I’d love to be able to preview the premium faces/colors without having a kit on hand.

A lot of previous gemstore miniatures have been repeated, with the exception of the Wintersday ones.
Please bring back old Wintersday 2012 miniatures, for those people who bought Wintersday mystery boxes (800gems for 10 boxes at a very ridiculous drop chance (~2%) for each of the 3 Green miniatures, and the need of 3 more to craft the yellow one), but this time sell every miniature individually or in a pack instead of making us loose all money for nothing. Also adding the toy miniatures again would be nice because Wintersday is a vacation period and a lot of people can’t pay attention to new things on the gemstore. I’m personally only missing the 4 from boxes and 1 toy out of all miniature collection, and would love to complete it^^.

one instrument i love to have is a sax, i would seriously buy this if they add this.
