I just purchased Hot $99.99 version 2 hr ago and have not received my 4000 gem Pls help me admin, i want to purchase the costume before the sales end

I believe there is a 72 hour delay on the gems. It was put in place to thwart fraud.

If you don’t receive your gems after 72 hours, I would submit a support ticket. Otherwise, see the other posts above, the reason it takes 72 hours is in the link they gave.

He got the gems in anticipation of the store sales and doesn’t want to miss out. I’d be impatient too considering there is a specific time window on sales.

yup there sure is and you can only wait for it to go by . but once it does all happy campers yet once again

I would submit a support ticket. Did it say anywhere on the order page that there would be a 72 hour wait? Either way, support is pretty nice. They can probably help you out
