i went to DR many times. Then went to ET. First time i went to DR was to get my shards for legendary cus my friend told me temple was open and back then we had a small population. 2nd time i went because they tiered up and i thought wvw would be fun but instead the other 2 servers were dead and then i went to ET since i saw kain got transfers. Then i came back to kain because it was boring as planet namek on dragon ball . Now i am in ferg because i dun like da transfers. And theres the story.

But anyhow i remember Paxa, yes the failed portal bomb on 3v7 and they all died yes i do remember. Amazing free kills. Just amazing. I got a rare of the ranger who ever that is got 3 ectos from it thanks for dying so easily good sir. Your blood went nice on my GS after 3 hitting you.

Well, we did lose a good bit of people to transfers during last week’s match-up. Getting roflstomped by project servers tends to have that affect on morale. I think T7 is going to be our home for the foreseeable future since we’re not really actively recruiting in this dash for free transfers.

But, on the bright side, DH and HoD have been nothing short of astounding tier-mates for us. My only complaints thus far is that a) they’re too quiet, and b) they think that “the score is too close” is a good reason to cancel fight night.

Likely story, next your going to be trying to convince us that the world is, indeed, round.

Thank you to all who organized the FC event – that was the most fun I’ve had all week. I have a lot of respect for the leaders and players of Kaineng for organizing something like that. It was a great way to lighten things up and clear the air after a week of fighting. Everyone there showed a lot of class and it was awesome stuff. It’s a shame that some people saw it as an opportunity to jump the enemy and ruin the one thing this week that brought the community together and participate in some fair, good-hearted fights.

On another note, I’m not exactly sure what lead to the large group of AR attacking your side, but considering that all of us there (Kaineng and AR alike) were having a good time and not taking objectives or killing eachother, I don’t understand why you guys were the target of something seemingly provoked elsewhere on the map. Again, I don’t know who started what, but it felt like that was a db move on AR’s part. I generally don’t like to speak for a group of people such as the guild I’m in, but we were pretty disappointed and angry with the crew that attacked you. That is why we sat down in line and did not participate in the fight.

Also, I was the staff sylvari mesmer who pretty much forgot to bow after every fight. That wasn’t out of disrespect by any means, but instead because of forgetfulness and/or trying to get far away so that my clones would disappear without having to shatter. Sorrry bout that.

Before NSP attacked an outmanned Kaineng and we ran over to help, a large group of AR (more than 20) jumped Kaineng on their side of the fight club. On the AR side, we simply saw a sea of green attacking a sea of red.

If you didn’t know, the FC occurred at the very southern tip of the Kaineng map, with the closest objective being a camp that was barely visible. That being said, the people there were participating in something not pertaining to any WvW objective. Any zerg that found their way over there did so not with the intent of what I consider “WvW” as you say, but to be dbs in a cowardly attempt to jump an opponent in a publicly announced, all-inclusive event. Even if you didn’t know about it, anyone could see that the two servers were standing in two seperate lines, on different sides, with mixed green/red name tags up on the hill, with only 2-4 people fighting in the middle.

I hope you don’t mean to make the argument that someone’s idea of WvW is crashing such an event that is far removed from any objectives that would actually get your server points. On the contrary, if you like just killing people, you should have joined in on the FC. If anything,, those players on AR and NSP who were not participating in FC should have been trying to take objectives while much of Kaineng was at FC.

:o Thank you for the shot! A lot of Os were busy actually wvwing and the rest of our server has left the server, so I was the only one there early on in the night and when I left, Heiann was the only Ossie in the sea of red!

Poaching does not mean you force some one.

In this context, it is taking people from the other team(Whatever team it may be) by coaxing, or enticing.

The idea of t1 and winning was the enticement and it was, in fact, poaching considering Meow had said earlier at several different instances that they were there to stay and build and work together and so on.

I’m sure if the shoe was on the other foot and War Machine preached server loyalty and then suddenly left, as they would have had the fun wager meow made actually gone through, a few people on kaening would be a little peeved as well.

Yet again, what people do shows their true nature in this game, and it seems very many people are very win-hungry these days.

That’s fine. I’ll take my small time victories and that is my version of having fun, point gain aside.

I would venture to say if this is the case, people choosing to transfer is just that, their choice, however, when your actively contacting the people your playing against and persuading them to transfer its very bad taste. I’m thinking this is why people are upset with WM, had Meow decided to just go forth and join Kain due to a recruitment post then, while it sucks to lose them it was their choice. While in the end no one put a gun to their head, WM contacting opposing servers to get them to transfer, is just lame.

Glad your stuck with them and not us, as it is, I have zero respect for the bot machine for poaching. Rule #1 gets destroyed by people like WM who could care less about anyone but themselves and their climb to the top.

Its just my opinion, and I could be wrong seeing as I was not part whatever transpired, but if it is the case … its sad. Anywho its late I need sleep, work tomorrow, so all the best to Kain, sorry your epic DR fight is probably not going to happen. Looking forward to reset though so we can get back to a decent matchup.

Brief overview of the FC as I arrived early and stayed for the next 3-4 hours:

Saw 2 PAXA, ranger and ele, but only few RE people present so there wasn’t much variety. They left soon after.

Almost no AR presence at the start but whispered a few and asked those who accidentally spotted the FC to bring more. In the end it was mostly Kaineng and AR who participated, with AR fielding 10 to about more than 20 people (TDME, TWIN, VS, WAR among others). Lots of 1v1s, some 2v2s, and a few 5v5s!

As for the AR zerg that crashed the FC:

There are 2 WAR guilds in AR with same tag. As orange swords tend to pop out, a few who spotted the FC and started randomly attacking and got killed for interrupting etc etc did create a ruckus in map chat until 1 WAR guild (at the time leading a karma/exp/even tower/keep train) went to crash the party.

Most unfortunately a few players from another WAR guild (same tag but different guild entirely) who were participating in the FC got attacked by mistake.

Long story short there were several casualties as people will help each other out instead of watching their comrades die in battle when they were abiding by the FC rules. But it’s bound to happen since there’s no actual representative of AR on the RE vent.

But I believe after that the FC went on (I slept on the 2nd round) and less party crashes after.

I was fighting a bit earlier at our spawn point in NSP and I wanted to see the fight club. I have meet some great people there. I joined a group of kaineng and I had a lots of fun fooling around. It was funny when I was stuck in the crossfire when both server where trying to kill each other, I’m really bad at 1 vs 150.

I wanted to join the fight club but I didn’t wanted to cover myself in shame. I was hopping that there could have been some people from NSP that I could have joined for some team fight. Joining with Harmless would probably have made a good team, she would probably won the fight all by herself :P

The best part was the moose part, being a NSP moose can be tough.

I had lots of fun thanks everyone and a big special thank to those players from Kaineng in my party.

Yeah, so I’d like to apologize for this – I had used"target nearest enemy" and by the time I realized you weren’t an AR guy, it was too late (and there were quite a few who apparently did the same thing lol). Sorry, dude – tell Bird Song that I said he could pay your repair bill on my behalf. It’s the least I can do. ;-)

The fight club in WvW last night was awsome , the best thing to happen there all week! Im the leader of Valiant Sword [ VS ] it was mostly my guild and Twin guild playing in the fights from Anvil Rocks side and we were having a ton of fun. I was impressed how civil everyone was lining up taking turns and having nice clean 1v1 or 2v2 fights. I was very disapointed at one guild from our server that needs not be named because everyone there knows who Im talking about for their cowardly attack on the event trying to bring shame to the Anvil Rock server.
Oh and to the elementalist that fought me soooo long that they had to stop the match well played sir , and to the others that fought me thank you for dying with honor = )

Thanks for the compliment Shaka… If you were the guardian I fought a few times, you weren’t an easy fight either. You forced me to be extremely patient with all of your well timed defense/offense and I thought you might of had me that last fight.

PAXA why you try to kill gift dolyak? It had to run into the AR sideline to get safe. Sad dolyak is sad.

@toble, Kaineng has been on the other side of that fence with WAR (different one) and iSPY who came down into our server preached server loyalty, recruited our new players from PvE very heavily, then at the first internal squabble when KAIN got upset, they packed ship and left a few days later for “reasons”.
All oldschool kaineng at least know how it is. But there isn’t much we can do to control it as its peoples individual choices that make this stuff happen. For kainengs sake though with free transfers closing the 28th were going to be locked with who we get for the most part

I’m just going to say for all the people that made spiteful comments about meows transfer it really shows how upset you are about their leaving. I read some comments about them just being numbers etc etc. Not really sure why you felt the need to come on a forum and say something like that if they weren’t really significant. Same thing with this talk about being carried. Get over it already. NSP is doing a lot of whining over nothing.

If anything why don’t you try and get organized and do well in wvw instead of sitting on the forums being victims.

Scores like 450k to 60k are not an issue? Kaineng hasn’t done WvW in a while, it’s matches have just been a series of jokes. Not only has this tier been a write off but NS now has been crippled further by WM, who is out on a mission to prove to Tiers 2-8 that a Tier 1 guild from Tier 1 belongs in Tier 1. I mean, if you’re having a good time, I imagine you will enjoy more of the same next week.
