im so op

I know all servers have their share of inexperienced players, but that was a pretty bad golem rush by DB at Mag bl west keep. Not a good idea to send 5 golems to a keep that has cannons manned, and the golems being spotted from a mile away.

Those DB spent like an hour taking camps building those golems, and they weren’t even able to reach the gate. Not a time well spent :/

Wow that was a great night of WvW. Every server had a strong showing tonight. Wish every night was this competitive. Epic battles for every inch of ground and everyone was taking their turn at SM. Thanks to all the DB and Yaks who came out to play in the EGB tonight!

My old guild got into the weird habit of trying to use them for almost every capture but just did not have the basic co-ordination of portals down.

I got to the point where just the mention of golem rush would make me log out for the time being or go do something else far far away.

Great job to my fellow Yaker’s in defending SM last night against both DB and Mag at the same time. With DB in the NW entrance and Mag in the NE entrance to the Lord’s room, it was very ‘Lagolicious’. I’m not sure how long we held you guys but it seemed like an eternity until DB pushed us out. So…so many loot bags.

Pretty much the exact same thing happened last night.

In most situations golems only work when they catch the enemy by surprise. Being discreet with building golems and getting them to their destination is key, especially on a fortified keep.

Edit: Also would like to add that they have to be very organized. Was reminded of a fail golem rush we had last night at Yaks garrison. Our pubbies created orange swords in the water fighting krait :/

Yep. Finally saw the issues with skill lag. Nothing I did could stop it. Even reducing graphics and everything. I have to have faith that A-Net will fix it eventually. Hope it is sooner rather than later.

Just gives me more reason to avoid the zerg like I normally do.

Some great fighting by ogrewatch in EB a good standstill between us and mag until db had to run in behind us and clober us….

Quit mashing buttons people. It’s not broken, it’s a new feature for WvW: Turn-based combat! Trust me, it’s awesome, I hear it’s all the rage in Japan. You’ll get to attack in turn based on your DEX, so if your turn isn’t coming up fast enough you should invest in more DEX gear.

It was very convenient that YB and DB raid times aligned to allow us to stay in Garrison and farm. That was a lot of fun. But yeah, I’ve never had skill lag in a BL before.

I had skill lag on reset night, since then its been ok. That said a dx11 update to this game cant come fast enough. I have no idea how tiers 1 and 2 do it since it must be like reset night every night over there.

Mag BL skill lag. Not fun. Haven’t seen that much skill lag, not even a three way in SM is that bad.

The lag was so bad at our bl that the wp’s were bugged at the keeps. No one was able to wp when it would recontest, and bunch of people had different timers :/

Aside from the lag, the 3 way fight at garrison was awesome. We killed +120 Yaks/DB at garrison within the span of 15 minutes.

Pretty sure we killed yaks at SE, SW, BP at watergate, yaks again at inner west, BP again at watergate. Never saw them fight each other unless both came back at a later time to try it again.

BP and yaks both took their spawn camps and went directly to west/east within 1 minute of each other. All we can hope for is more yaks/DB coordinated efforts, but it was a good time in garrison.

How could we fight each other? 1. there is no way to get to each other except through the lords room from those entrances other than, from water gate, humping down to the east and running around the north inner. 2. From the water gate the skill lag was so bad some couldn’t even dodge roll through the open gate….

DB just showed up to WK in Mag BL. For a while trying to defend while outnumbered 10 v 30 was actually fun. Then NNK showed up with 40 more…

So that explains why that borderland was so laggy. I thought just having BP and us [EA] on the same map at the same time was the issue. I didn’t realize Yaks was there, too. [EA] was taking NE Tower while BP was at Garrison.
