I couldn’t decide for a long time when I was leveling because I didn’t want my guardian looking like a fruit salad. In the end I just went for straight silver and let the world’s lighting bring the beauty of the colour.

Hmmm, I don’t recognize the armor or the greatsword, what are their names and where are they from ?

Update: Got a new exotic chest piece, time for a dye update! This one is Lemon Zest, Lemon Ice, and Strawberry.

Also, sorry for potentially blinding you guys. I love this color set but can barely look at my character screen, it’s even shinier live and not in JPG format.

I change it a lot, but lately I’ve been using Celestial, Malt, Pink Ice, and Strawberry Breeze.

My favorite is Celestial, Dewdrop, and Charcoal though.

All of the plated parts are just Gold, other then the helm which shows up as a darker gold then rest if the same gold was used, so I used Buttercream for the helm gold. The chain parts under the plates are all Abyss.

what boots are those? t3 human?

Pink and Frost work well for me. Nothing disgraces an enemy more than beating them in pink armor.

Anyone know the dye colors for the Vigil? I know some kind of black, some kind of metal, some kind of white, and some kind of brown. Since we can’t preivew dyes from the TP I am kinda reluctant go spending the gold.

Hi! I’m pretty much a new/casual player but I found this thread and wanted to share! I’ve never been happier with a character’s appearance than I am with my GW2 Guardian. Sylvari was the last race I would’ve chosen, but I think he ended up looking so darn good!

Currently using Celestial, Heliotrope, and Blurple. I love the odd names, and Heliotrope sort of matches my eyes. Idk, I feel like I look like some sort of Pokemon, but I love it!

2nd: old jeans+ blue tint

I love my self-crafted Knight’s Draconic armor, with Mithril, Illumination, and Celestial dyes. Ms. Sayaka looks like a Guardian Angel!

I know this is a very old post, but I tried to recreate this look with my asura guardian. Same armor, same dye. Even with my graphics maxed out, my armor looks painted rather than polished.

I am very disappointed.

A combination of different colors that I blend in to each piece.

Yellows: Cornsilk, Stem, and Pastel Ice.
Reds: Lava, Sunset, Black Cherry.

Illumination – Gold
Starry Night – Blue Trim
Icing – White Trim

Illumination, royal blue, and frosting are my favorites so far

Silver and sapphire.

Maybe a bit of country blue.

I use Abyss and Redemption. Goes well with my Volcanus.

I easily chose stream and violet, to go with the stone and matte on my armor for my Blue Mace Lady. Here, I’ll post a pic for ya.

Ash, dusk, and iron. Great combo for heavy armor.

Here’s my Guardian: TA Armor Skin, Dyes: Scarlet, Midnight Ice, Blue Ice

I use gunmetal for the plated sections, royal purple for the cloth / shoulder plate, and antique gold for the underlining.

I got the new Flame dye.. loving it
