I am uncertain if this is the correct place to post this but I would like some assistance.

All of the players that I know have received one of these boxes. These players have completed the event, received the chest at the end, and still received one of these items through game.

My husband and I have not received this mailed item. Can this be corrected please?

Hi Gaile, regarding this Karka Box I have not received mine yet although I was doing the event but I got dc’d as I was running to the final boss, which part of support do I list this under?

( On other Hand I have 2 weapons super bugged, they show the skin of each other and the animations and everything is flip – Corrupted Harpoon Gun and Spear ) if you can please check it asap.

A similar but reverse issue — to my knowledge, my character never completed all of the Lost Shores event. There was one or two events I completed such as escorting the research teams around on day 1, but never anything big enough to call a “boss”. And I wasn’t involved in days 2 or 3. And yet I got a chest in my mailbox.

I’ve not claimed it as yet; I wanted to make sure there wasn’t some kind of error or something and I somehow got another player’s rightfully earned loot.

Could you clarify if the mail will be going to a specific character who attended the event or do I need to clear the mailboxes of all of my characters?

I’m curious to know, how far along did I need to be in the chain of events leading to the defeat of the Ancient Karka to qualify for a box? I didn’t make it to the last step but got pretty close to it, and would like to know if I have grounds to contact support.

Interesting that people who didn’t even show up to the event got chests, while some who did didn’t.

Could you explain how the system works? Several people in my guild got a second box. Not that I should complain, because I got one originally too, but now I’m feeling left out! Mostly I’m just curious though.

I’m hearing all over /map that people that DID attend the one-time event and DID receive the end chest are getting a second one in their in-game mail. I’m wondering why this is happening and then why isn’t everyone receiving one…

I have not received anything as of yet but I was able to loot the chest @ the one-time event. I asked my guild members, non-forum users, if they have receive anything and they had no idea about this and had not received anything.

So apparantly most people got one of these mailed to them today… I waited a few hours but I still haven’t received one. I entered a ticket but it hasn’t been replied to yet.

Can I please get one like everyone else?

I have also not had a box sent to me yet. For some people this will be their 4th or 5th box, but some people don’t even have one yet…

I haven’t got the box too. My frist day is bugged not finish the event and then no time to play the other day event. Someone haven’t play any event but they got it.

Nothing for me, either. Exastiken and yurtshone, are you on EU or NA servers? I’m sending in a support ticket tonight if there’s still nothing in my mail when I get home.

it’s getting very very old now.

On Aurora Glade (EU Server) and not received a loot chest mail yet. Any EU people got their chest yet?

People said on other topic that support replayed to them that the SCRIPT is DONE and if you didn’t get your mail than you will are not qualified and GAME OVER!

I really hope this isn’t the case, that due to whatever oversight my husband and I will be missing out on the fun.

As instructed I submitted a ticket today and will wait to hear something back… hopefully I will hear something back…

I would like to understand what they mean with “qualified”, since there are people who got the chest beside not even doing the event, and people who have done the event multiple times, yet they got this chest as well. It seems so random, while they should have simply given a chest per account (maybe per account created before the event).

I think they said the first hours it was somehow random..then they fixed it.

Still, they should have done a better job.

I’m from FoW EU. I was there for event, I still have nothing, mailbox at 3/10. How long should we wait before sending a support ticket?

No chest here either and for some reason I’m not surprised.

hvnt got any chest yet neither..and the funny thing is a frd of mine who didnt participate the event received the chest and yeh..for some reason i am not surprised at all

Hi there ;

At this time, we have finished delivering the rewards for the Lost Shores event to all accounts that qualified. This was done through a coding script for any account found to have qualified for the chest. If you have not received a chest then you most likely did not meet the requirements to have these items added to your account.

Now that said there does also appear to be some issues with the mail system. It seems mail boxes are getting stuck and not receiving new mails even when they are not full. So I would suggest clearing out everything in that mail box; after making sure to grab any items or money in there. That should allow more room for those pending mails to arrive. We have heard some cases where only deleting a few mails still didn’t allow the pending mails to arrive properly (for example some players may even show 1 out of 10 mails but still won’t get new ones). So I would again suggest making sure everything has been deleted in there, just to make sure there is nothing at all preventing the mails from being received.

If after you empty your mail the chest still doesn’t arrive, then your account was not found to have qualified for a restoration and I’m afraid you will not receive the chest.

I’m adding here 1 screenshot (while i have many) from the Ancient Karka Event same screen was added to support ticket.

Little after this screen was made i quit and wasn’t able to log back.

So if the actually participation to event didn’t qualifies me for restoration what does ?

I’m hearing that the script finished giving out Karka Chests and I still have not gotten one.

I was wondering if they are still sending out Karka Chests. Anyone here know of anyone who have just gotten theirs 1-2 hours ago? It would help if the person in question played all day/night yesterday and wasn’t just logging in today after 1-2 days break from the game.

Apperantly in WvW, cuz that is whare a guildie was and he got abox yetsreday and did not and I was in event…….

That’s very disappointing. So others get 2nd chests and others who didn’t go at all got it while some never at all? That’s a big slap in the face.

The questions is how many more goof ups are the players willing to take before they start quiting the game.

My mailbox is completely empty since a few days. So nothing can stuck.
Here is a screenshot I did during the event. There was a huge wave of
Karka rolling over all of us who came out of nothing. So I made a screenshot,
because it looked to funny. This proves that I was there. So: Where is my chest?

Clearly i must have misread the other thread which stated that the script for Karka chest had now finished and if one had not been recieved yet it was unlikely the requirements were met.

Quite frankly i take that as the biggest slap in the face possible, so you are giving out the chest to people who already got one? and people who did not even participate in any portion of the event, yet us who got disconnected dont recieve a chest?

Some guildies have recieved upwards of 5 chest, me on the other hand, none. After over 5 hours of karka slaying in the events, what an absolute joke.
