Yea it seems to be at random, ive spent a far amount on the Gem store and i have yet to get a free one like many others have.

Oh and some guildies got them in a mail randomly saying something about using the Gemstore. Which is like wut? I have bought Gems for money and gold and I haven’t got it at all…

Not very odd considering pass events. I think the stuff for the karka event took several days to get fully delivered to everyone.
