Research for upgrades that started yesterday vanished. Build queue is empty and I can no longer add something new to research!
Issue back , now I’m the only member in the guild and can’t invite new members. In addition to the old problem.
I’m from the same server. Happened to me too. 0 influence and no history too.
Now me and some others are even out of the guild. I was an officer and only 5 members could kick me, which they didn’t because they were offline in my friend list (I was in the guild having that problem about being the only one, etc., relogged and was out the next moment),
Recently I purchased the Guild Stash and Guild Armorer Contract. I purchased the Guild Stash first and then queued for Guild Armorer Contract second. When I logged off yesterday, the Guild Stash was only a few hours from completing. So by now, that should be completed and the Guild Armorer Contract should be upgrading as I type this.
But, I looked through my guild upgrades today and it acts like I never bought either. I am a little upset (not at you guys personally) because I waited the full 2 days for my guild stash and nothing As it stands now, I will have to repurchase both. Problem is that I don’t have the influence to pay for it. My guild was also expecting to be able to use a Guild Stash today and in little over a day be able to buy Guild Armor.
I appreciate the work that you guys have done at ArenaNet. I am really enjoying the game, but I was just wondering if anything could be done about my issue?
I am having issues that I have also discovered other users are having as well. I set up my Guild about 2 days ago, and have been inviting people to join. When they accept the guild invite they join up, but whenever anyone clicks on the Represent Guild button it does absolutely nothing. This is problematic because I fear that it will start angering guild members and make them quit, and also causes us to gain hardly any influence as only a few people were able to represent. In addition to all of this, as the Guild Leader I have been having issues with editing the Guild Ranks, as whenever I go to change certain rank’s permissions it refuses to check the boxes and ends up returning me back to the character select screen after an “Unknown Error” Message. This is highly frustrating as not only are these issues causing my guild to be unable to advance but is tarnishing my play experience. I hope these issues are fixed soon because overall the game is fantastic and I plan on buying more gems in the near future (I have bought some already on my second day of playing).
Having trouble representing for the guild I am currently in. This is the only guild im in and it wont let me rep my guild even when i re-start my computer and or re-zone. When i click the rep button it still says im not reping.
Same issue representing / accessing the Guild bank. Started some time yesterday and only affects certain characters on my account. Same for other members of the guild, some characters have no trouble being in the Guild, others do.

This has been fixed, so this problem should go away. Please let me know if you’re still seeing this problem and I’ll look into it personally.
We’ve created Guild Stash just yesterday and only leader can access it. Anyone else got message that they should find some guild (game thinks they aren’t in guild).

- I was the only person listed in the guild panel.
- I no longer have Leader or Officer privileges to edit things.
- I did not see any influence listed.
- I did not see any guild perks listed.
- Talking in /G replied, “You are not in a guild.”
- One member was on and he saw me listed in the guild panel, but when he used guild chat it responded, “No one hears you.”
- That member told me, after I went to bed, someone on Mumble said that they had become the guild leader somehow.
Hi, I am experiencing Guild problems, yesterday I could buy guild armor, today I am not recognised as being in a guild. I tried several log ins and resets, but no change.

Just wanted to add, the character with the issue is Norn, and the problem in Hoelbrek. I add this as I created another Norn today and same issue, I then created an Asuran and had no problem in Rata Sum! The Norn wouldn’t even represent, the Asuran however went straight through

Problem: Guild completely disappeared. Gone from list and all members out of a guild. Lost roster, members and all upgrades.
I am guild leader of Clan of the Twilight [MOON] on server Piken Square.
My guild members for some reason can not represent the guild. Making me the only one earning any favor.
Also can not edit ranks or daily message.
I created the guild with my Charr: Veros Splitnight, because when i tried with my Sylvari: Velena Maxwell it wouldn’t work.
But now I’m the only one representing.
Also when talking in guild chat nobody hears me, but i don’t get a message that nobody hears me.

Yesterday (20 hours ago, according to history) I purchased the Politics level 2 upgrade, but since then it is no longer in my build queue but the 1k of influence is still showing as having been spent for it.
Edit: OK, now the queue shows the progress again. Seems like it wasn’t showing when I was in an overflow server.
Today none of my guild members can see the guild window. Says we are not in one. I am the GL. I tried logging back into the game a few times but didnt fix it. Can we have our guild back please? I know it still exists cause I cant recreate it. League of Satirical Travelers [LoST] Please fix.

i am not sure if this is to do with us switching worlds, as we looked to go on a quieter one.
on a second note…despite us being in a guild…i cannot use a guild bank or any other guild person will not interact with me… seemingly as I am not in a guild…
also the item that grants 400 guild points..when i access this…it says i am not representing a guild….all very confusing….

Since about 10:00am, we have not earned any influence – had over 1k but could not purchase any upgrades costing 1k.
In a “clicker’s rage” I clicked an upgrade of 500 which i didn’t want and it queued it…although we can’t see it or cancel production.
We need guild stash, not workshop! :P

I too am having problems with the guild influence system. My guild on Anvil Rock server, Knights Of The Crimson Legion had just finished the Guild Armorer Contract yet I cannot access the Guild Armorer in Divinity’s Reach. The Guild Armorer says he only works with guilds and I should see one of his other clients.

Problem: Earlier today all of the guild members suddenly got kicked out of the guild and it said I was the only member (I’m the leader). According to the game we had zero influence and zero upgrades (where in fact we had about 1,300 influence gathered and a few upgrades).
When I logged in 10 minutes ago, it said I’m not in a guild, so it kicked me out as well. We had a lot of items in our guild vault, too.
I’ll appreciate any help or hints. Thanks!

My character was representing the guild. I went to the Guild Promoter to buy drinks and was informed by the NPC that I am not part of a guild. I checked the Guild screen and I was a member representing. I stood down so that I could Represent again to see if that would fix the issue. Now I cannot Represent.

Hi, our (very small) guild just researched Politics level 1, then Guild Emblem template, scraped by enough influence to get started on Politics level 2, which I queued yesterday, today it’s gone along with our 1000 influence. I’d appreciate it if either the research project gets restarted or our influence gets refunded so we can start over again, only having lost a day of research or so.
Problem: The guild has disappeared. People report to see guild tag by our name, but we’re in no way able to communicate or progress as a guild.
The guild has been broken since 1. September, where we had over 200 members and alot of guild progression.

I have the same issue as Irdin.1743, I have made this guild on day 1 and in the past few days I can’t access the guild bank or do anything relating to the guild because the NPCs will not recognize me as being part of a guild. I am representing yet the game doesn’t seem to recognize that I am in a guild.
Problem: startet to build architecture level 2 for 1000 influence yesterday. Today the build queue is empty but architecture level 2 hast not been build (it is still in the list, not begun, for 1000 influence). But the 1000 influence we spend for it Yesterday are gone.
Just an update;
My problem is now resolved.
Earning Influence and can build upgrades again! yay!
Hope things are resolved or worked out soon for you guys.
any ETA on when the guild issues will be fixed, especially for all of us that our guilds has disappear ? could be interesting to know so we can warn our members.
Issue on Yak’s Bend; Guild: Defenders of Gods.
Activated a recently completed +10%/24 hour influence boost, and the upgrade shows a remaining time of 5:50. The 24 hours really only gives us 6.
Issue: Guild is missing. Our guild was made during the Headstart. Yet when I logged in today (about 5 minutes ago) it says that I am not in a guild and it is telling our members that they are no longer in guild either.

When I first logged in, it showed my characters as still in the guild on the char select screen.
I checked with all the officers and members and none of us are in the guild and no one deleted/disbanded it. I think ppl in our guild bought influence points from the store. Not 100% sure on that. Or it was simply the delux edition influence. Either way we had lots of perks unlocked. we’d like out guild back the way it was. plz fix.
I made a guild called The Euphoria Wave for me and my real-life friends. I made this on day 1 – Saturday 25th August. We’ve been using it ever since then, and we’ve upgraded a fair bit of it already. However, today, we couldn’t even log onto the guild. It just told each of us that there was 1 member in it (for me, it would say that I was the only member, for my friend it would say he was the only member). My guild tag had also changed to something like [RUIN]. It used to be [TEW], since that was the shortened version of The Euphoria Wave.
Now I just logged in again, and yet it’s not on my guild list at all. It seems as if it’s been completely deleted, and I have no idea why. No email from Arenanet, no notification of any kind, so I’m guessing that it’s some sort of bug.
BlackGate server my guild Warband Of Shadows has had a problem with the build que we got 500 influence and started researching polotics and it dissapeared from the que(we have found that since we started it on a wvw server it didnt show up anywhere else but after cancelling it we cannot research it again) we have also used 2 tomes of influence and recieved no influence for the guild this is very dissapointing as we are only a 2 man guild and plan to get a couple of upgrades before we start recruiting and this bug has halted our progress quite a bit i have taken a screen of the build que and guild history i would like a response as to what is happening thank you
I logged in today and saw that i was representing Trinigamers [], the tag was missing. I selected my character and entered the game only to see that i was not a part of any guild. I then relogged only to see on the character screen that i was no longer representing any guilds. On checking with all the other guild members they all reported that the guild had simply disappeared. I received no notifications from Arenanet. If this is indeed a bug, some help would be greatly appreciated.
9/1 GUILD Influence Not Received
We spent 60 Silver for ‘Drinks on the House’ and never received the 300 influence.
9/10 GUILD Stash Not Accessible
We purchase a Guild Stash and it completed the Build Queue and now resides in the Current Upgrades section of the guild. All members have permissions for the Guild Stash. Yet, when we go to the NPC to access the Guild Stash, we’re told we’re not a member of a guild!
Which is silly, because we obviously are.
Tickets opened for both issues above and still pending resolution..

The guild leader logged on today at around midday GMT on his main character and had no guilds listed in his guild frame. At the time, I could see his main character online the guild roster but it said that he was not representing the guild. He logged onto an alt and initially did not have the same problem. However, when we both logged out and back in again a few minutes later, the guild had completely disappeared for both of us on all of our characters (and, we assume, all other members). A few hours ago, I attempted to create a guild of the same name on one of my characters to see if the guild had been entirely deleted, but the name was still in use. Please help!
Created a ticket in game, posted on twitter, and made a post on here. No response to any of the request in regards to our guild [KW] missing. Some kind of update would be much appreciated. We have a lot of confused guildies who think they got booted from the guild.

Issue: Unable to represent
I’m not able to represent the guild Team Virus in Desolation server , already leaved and got new invitation but still represent button doesn’t work.
I’ve been representing that guild since the start but 2 days ago when i log in couldn’t use the guild chat saying that i wasn’t in any guild.
A suggestion to solve this issue is highly apreciated.

Last night at some point, our guild research queue was wiped. We had Art of War 3 (5000 points), 10% magic find for 72 hours (500 points), and 10% pvp influence for 24 hours (100 points) wiped from our queue with no note in the guild log and no points refunded. We also had a 10% magic find for 72 hours buff that was active and was wiped prematurely. As of right now we’re out of 5600 points and a good portion of a buff that we spent 500 points on. I submitted a support ticket, but I’m also posting this here.
I read earlier on this page that another guild on Maguuma somehow had the same tag (MM) as us and I wouldn’t be surprised if our issues and theirs are related in some way. I am the guild leader and I am the only one able to modify the queue. I know this wasn’t someone cancelling it, besides the fact that there is no note in the guild log. Please fix this asap. 5600 points is quite a lot to us.
If all of the buggs wit guild is going to continue it is no point being in one as this moment i can chat in guild chat and see all members but i cant see the bank or and is not making influence point to the guild.
Hi I created a Guild called Northewestern Passage. I used the tome of influence and like so many others i got the pop-up saying i had added 1000 to my guild influence. However it didnt update the total in the guild screen. This is on the Aurora Glades home server.

Issues: Guild disappeared, cannot create another guild, cannot represent another guild
As of this morning, the guild has completely disappeared for all leaders and those with custom ranks. None of the normal members have logged in yet so we do not know if they are having troubles seeing it as well. I was the original creator of the guild, and I am unable to create another one if I wanted to. It may also be important to note that one of the members is also a part of another guild, but after this issue came up, they are unable to represent it.
Edit: I can now create a guild, however I have not tried to recreate my old one. The option is now there at least.
Our guild is having the following issues:
1) When depositing an item into the guild bank, the item vanishes instantly before our eyes. This is happening to many members
2) The guild bank log is not showing today although it was still showing a couple of days ago
3) Even though the titles are set so they should be able to withdraw items, they cannot.
4) The guild upgrade queues seem to be acting funny and people cannot add new things to the queue

I finally created our group’s guild today and already, there are a LOT of problems.
1. The tag keeps randomly disappearing for me.
2. I’m leader, but the only permission I have is Edit Ranks.
3. Edit ranks isn’t working. I can’t change the names, I can’t even create a new one.
4. I can’t promote anyone.
5. One of my 4 characters can’t represent. The other 3 worked fine.
My character has been the leader of Preference since and has made many solo influence contributions and upgrades and since completing the Guild Vault is no longer viewed as being in a guild. He can’t buy influence scrolls or access the new vault because it keeps coming up that he needs to join a guild or make a new one. My characters have only been on this single guild so that isn’t the issue.

Put me down for a missing guild too. Got a message on skype from one of the members saying the guild was gone. I logged in and he was right, nothing on the guild screen except “what is a guild”. Now if we cant get the guild back is there anyway to get a some influence refunds or something so we can get started on another one?

Just letting you know that I get an interesting reaction when I try to edit the names of the ranks in our Guild.
A few seconds after I hit save, I get booted to the character screen with the error that I have lost connection. The client itself doesn’t close, and I don’t have to log back in: I just get sent back to my characters. When I get back in, the rank name has not been saved, and the same happens when I try to edit any of them again.
No big deal, but just thought I’d give ya’ll a heads up!

MotD could not be changed for a brief period on Sep 10 but that now seems resolved. Unlocked Guild Stash on Sep 9/10 but nobody has been able to access from Guild Bank NPC, with a response that you must be in a guild.
Also, 2 members used their Tome of Influence but they guild did not receive any points. The players did receive achievements stemming from their use.

Reporting same issue as others in regard to inaccessibility of Guild Stash and other Guild resources. Guild members and I are informed by NPCs that membership in a guild is required, even as we are showing up in the Roster as Representing.
Further, issues with Stand Down/Represent toggling: If a member elects to Stand Down, a map change is required before they can Represent again. Note that this change does not restore access to Guild resources.
Reporting the same bug. I started the guild (Etheric Order) and upgraded it to Guild Stash. But neither me nor my members can access it. Everybody is representing the guild. The banker keeps telling us to join the guild…

So I got the guild armorer contract for my guild recently, and this morning I went to the Guild Armorer to buy some guild armor, but the NPC in Divinity’s Reach said I had to be apart of a guild. I was currently representing. I logged off then back on several times only to get the same message. I clicked on the stand down button in the guild window and tried to re-represent, but now I can’t represent with my Main character Tiana Whisperwind. All my other alts are still listed as members of the guild, but they too cannot access the Guild Armorer in their respective home cities. What’s happening here? I really want some guild armor to show off to the rest of the Anvil Rock server.
