Mail item to... changes To: field
Possibly related is the issue that has been happening since release, where right-clicking an item and selecting “Mail Item To…” would automatically place the name of a nearby player into the “To” field. Even if you have nobody targeted during your entire logged in session, it would overwrite the name you manually entered with the name of the last player that was “highlighted” by facing toward them, though usually this is someone standing in front of you near a bank in a town. This has led to many items being sent to the wrong players and has never been addressed…hopefully it will be now.

I’ve only started noticing this issue recently, but it has become rather annoying, as I send mail to guildies on a regular basis.
This happens to me all the time too, and I have to be very careful when I send out mail.
Haven’t really had those issues but I have noticed that it actually uses people on your block list for completion as well. Why would anyone be sending to someone on their block list? The other person can’t even respond!
Some people in guild have noticed that it changed the name to completely random people who weren’t in guild, selected or even in their immediate vicinity…although they all seemed to be on the same map…somewhere.
First select item then the recipient from the chat/roster/party/friendlist.
