1. My character is named Sahfur Pherraniux
2. My character is a human guardian level 31 on Jade Quarry.
3. I was on the level 30 Quest: Stealing Secrets. (The point where you “meet your friend”)
4. My friend who started the instance was not given this bug.
5. Ferocity, Noble, Missed Opportunity. I decided to join the whispers in the final decision quest.
6. the level 48 quest: Suspicious Activity
7. At the decisions for which stories -> Society Function -> Into the Woods ->Mortus Virge -> Track the Seraph -> The Sad Tale of the Ravenous -> The Trap.
8. I did not get a quest reward as the initiating player complted the quest, nor did I get a completion dialog such as “would you like to accept progress?”. I found this strange in particular. Additionally, the quest ends in Lions Arch. A bug fix for a stuck quest previously had been planned to take place in Lions Arch. I think they could be related.

Level 30 Story: We both chose the Order and we finished Stealing Secrets (lvl 30 mission). I know that I remember seeing it was a lvl 33 mission after that one, but then it randomly changed to lvl 48. I don’t know when exactly, but I believe it was when I went to Lion’s Arch.

After i join the order of whispers i should talk to the apples seller ( Quest level 30, after the quest called “The trap” ) in Lion’s Arch and the quest skip to the level 48 quest when i enter the Lion’s Arch.
I do all my personal sotry with “Koume Lin” and he don’t have any problems with his sotry.

after we rescued Demmi from the pirates. After the skip "Down the Hatch" doesn't even appear in Story Log. It was never fully completed, as the last step was to go to LA and talk to the Orders leader there.
I never got to complete this step.

7. As the leader Ziranya picked Order of Whispers, as I was not able to pick as I was not the leader. This the point it did seem to screw up or right after this.

Don’t know if it’s important, but the “stealing secrets” bug happened to my human mesmer Navannia Cortex before. So all three characters that I brought to that point of personal storyline get bugged.

it is the level 70 one.
we did the story in a group of 3-4 people with different decisions,
everything seemed fine until “Breaking the Bone Ship” after that characters say they know us even if we do not and the next step “Liberationg Apatia” is totally wrong.

I was questing with a friend, we were both on the same Sylvari storyline quest and when he chose his order we wanted to choose Whispers, but after he chose Whispers and I accepted his progress I ended up on the Vigil quest.
