On my asura warrior, I have Signet of Rage picked as my elite. It’s the only elite skill I have unlocked. When I mouse over it, I get a toolbox for Rampage. When I activate it, the effects of Signet of Rage occur. When I click the arrow to change the elite skill, the icon changes to that of Rampage, Signet of Rage appears in the box of skills, and Rampage does not occur. Furthermore, looking at my skill chart thing, it looks like Rampage is unlocked even though I haven’t unlocked the second tier yet, however, I am unable to select Rampage.
