I’m inside trying to complete the puzzle to get the chest and Cache, but the patterns won’t work. I have tried both patterns but nothing works. Any suggestions?

I think you are not meant to be able to get the Cache, as it is not intended to be ingame (the achievements, they are called DELETE ME), so probably the Caches are not live yet.
