So why do new characters still get Scarlet’s Gift?
I can only imagine new players getting these on their first character, going “oooh nice a gift, what does it- BAM!”

Edit: so players without achivements in the QJ and/or CC achievement sections don’t get them, so new players either. I and others still don’t need them on alts.

I think it’s a very proper introduction to the story line.

I get one on every new character I create, as well as occasionally from a random drop. That darn Scarlet! Lol.

I don’t think it’s a bug, though. =)

it’s automatically sent, via mail, to a new character

Turns out from player reports, that only players get it who have done a given number of achievements of the Scarlet LS. Still I don’t see the point to have them sent to new characters at all!

I thought people knew not to open malicious mail contents from unknown sources.

i got 6 chars, everyone got the gift.. my question: why can’t i resist opening them?!?!?! XDD
after the 1st one i knew what will happen and i just couldn’t throw it away..
