Hi, it’s been 3 days since my ticket was submitted. Ticket #1170565. I just bought the game 3 days ago and I can’t even play it.

This is on behalf of a friend of mine who took advantage of the awesome $10 sale. He made an account, and now can’t access both the website or the client, while my account did work on his.
His ticket number is #1181476, and it was three days ago.

For the time being this thread is being moved to 7 days or older. Our expansion announcement was incredibly successful leading to a tidal wave of players coming back. Login tickets are the priority right now and we’re running through them at blistering speed.
Many of you will get a response/solution sent in bulk. If that response doesn’t solve your issue please reply to the email and we’ll take a look at it individually.

Hello. I am posting on my husbands account trying to recover my account. I deleted the serial code some time ago because I thought it was only for registering the beta account before GW2 was officially live. I can’t recover my account without it. It has been 2-3 years since I was last on so hopefully my account wasn’t hacked.

Hi again. Now been 2 weeks since I sent in a report and around a week since I wrote here. Still no response or email. Would be nice to at least get a ticket so I know you are looking at the problem.
What happened was that I lost my log in reward due to that I wanted to pick it up on another toon and I first went in on a low level toon. Never touched the boxed but loged out and deleted that toon and re-logged and was going to pick up my 28th day log in reward, but it was gone.
I waited a day and the next day my track had reset but I still did’nt get the last chest and the bonus % gold find etc. I really hope this can be fixed cause it is annoying that I HAVE to pick it up with the exact same toon I log in on, it should be acc. And I can’t be the only one that made this misstake.
Plz let me know what is happening.

Hello, my (Support Ticket 1155942) was submitted 8 days ago RE: Guild Wars 1 acct. Full explanation is there with my guildie’s ID that he has also submitted. My guildie had both his GW1 & 2 accounts hacked. He tried to reset his Gw2 pass & was locked out because the hacker enabled cell auth. since the acct is synced, it successfully reset his GW1 PW, he got on for a short time (before the hacker would get notification). My guildie asked me if I could hold the remaining items left on his acct (3 storage tabs). we both got banned at the same time after the transfers. I understand that there is a huge backup, It would be nice to have my account restored in time for GW1 Canthan New year this weekend. Thanks in advance.
I submitted a ticket (1144655:Guild Wars not authorized) on the 18th and still haven’t heard anything back. When I logged into my guild wars account using my guild wars 2 account information (after linking the two) it says I’m not authorized to play guild wars. I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks to play Guild Wars.. I’d really appreciate any updates on the matter.

Tried to change the password on my original GW2 account. I haven’t used in awhile and forgot my pw so I tried changing it but it said I had to contact support to have my account recovered. There’s no way it was hacked into. Both my GW2 account and my email account use 2-step authentication.
