Really? so that is the solution, to play a thief? So everyone just grab a thief because it is the 1 button kill.

I’d say Min Scherzo and Sindrener. I know.. both thieves, but seriously, they have sooo much knowlege of other clases. Sindrener is like impossible to beat 1 on 1. He knows exactly when to disengage and reset. Watching him fight is not the most exciting thing ever but he’s just way too effective.

I want to start by saying I am by no means a pro nor near pro player, but as a thief I know my role and I can do it pretty well.
I played my 10 placement matches at the beggining of the season. Won 6, lost 4 so I was placed in silver tier 3. I thought that was a fair placement for me and I was pretty sure I could keep on climbing. Most of my matches, my team mates told me I was a pretty good thief which made me feel even more confident I would climb, some matches I wouldn’t do so well, which is totally fine and normal. So it happened, I started winning more than what I lost. I got pretty fast to gold 1, then the nightmare began. I suddenly started losing waay more than what I would win and just kept on going down and down and down. Now I have 130 matches and I’ve won only 60. I’m in silver 1 and every match i just keep on getting more and more absolutely clueless players who don’t know anything about rotation and surviving more than 5 seconds.
I find it extremely hard to climb because I can’t carry a team by myself and because I lose 20+ rating each time i lost a match and i win only at most 14 rating each time I win.
Ok, so according to this sistem, I’m going down because I don’t belong in silver. But I don’t think so. I’m not saying I should be in legendary or even Platinum, but this is extremely annoying and I’m not enjoying this at all. If I was in Silver 1 but I got good matches with players equally skilled as me, I wouln’t mind, but this? I don’t understand

I will not get tired of saying, PLEASE REMOVE CLASS STACKING. Seriously, I don’t care if i have to wait longer for better matchmaking. 2 Eles in a team? how are we supposed to kill them? 2-5 guards? 3 necros?

This has been happening since the start of the season.. There’s always at least 1 dc on one or both teams.

I don’t understand. If i win a match i get 27 rating. If i lose the match i lose 43 rating? How am I supposed to climb?

You play it just like d/p but with condi. I find it extremely fun to play and drop people like flies because they don’t expect a condi burst so big..

That does actually looks like a fun build, but for the life of me, I can’t agree with ebola builds.
Right now I switched to S/D … It’s more “graceful”. S/D fights flow is beautiful to look at and the additional condi clear is reasonable. Access to Stealth isn’t that straightforward.

Well.. This isn’t so “ebola” because you don’t spam dodges and only 1 skill mindlessly. Like I wrote, you play it Just like power d/p and headshot is extremely powerful in this build. I totally agree that s/d is fun to play though, but hey! Give it a shot there’s also a really fun p/d condi build a guy posted in this forum a while back.

I have lots of fun because I try all kinds of weird builds to confuse my enemies. I get tons of salt thrown at me all the time but I don’t really care lol.. I enjoy doing this

Look for Sindrener in YouTube and decide after that. I main a thief and I don’t regret it at all. It’s extremely fun to play but has a high skill cap. At first you’ll be extremely bad at it and people will rage at you but don’t give up. After some time and lots of practice you’ll see more often people telling you that you’re one of the “few” good thieves.

I just watched a youtube video of a thief using s/d s/d and every time he swapped weapons he got initiative back.. How did he do that?

I keep on getting dishonor because my game keeps on crashing since the last update.. now i have an hour and a half.. it’s so annoying
