No, all food is single use. If you consume another of the same kind the timer just starts over. If you consume another type of food then you gain the effects of the new food and lose the previous one.

You have to wait a good 3-5 mins after the harpie event completion. You have to wait for the NPC to ask you if you want to wager on how far the cow will go. Bet him 50 silver and just pick pick one of the three choices. I have done it 3 different times and always win on the first bet no matter which one is chosen. You will get a token from him when you win. Just hang out there until your mouse highlights the catapult. Once you are done go sell the token to any merchant.

Orr can be difficult to solo, but it is possible. Try joining a guild if you are not already in one and ask them for help. If you are on Sea of Sorrows look me up or my guild. We generally have a few people that farm Malchor’s Leap and Cursed Shore every night and you would be welcome to tag along.

Sigils only stack once. Lets say you have a sigil that stacks condition damage on a great sword and one that stacks power on a hammer. If your first kill is with the hammer, power is what will stack. If you switch to your great sword after that first kill with the hammer you will be stuck on the power stack until you switch back to the hammer or you are downed. When you switch back to the hammer the power stack will start increasing with each kill.

That faint little square you see on the island is not a point of interest. I completed that map with two different characters before I even found that puzzle. So if you a only worried about completing the map move on. If you are trying to complete the puzzle, it is difficult to figure out without the help of google.

Using the mystic forge can minors be changed to majors and majors changed to superiors? Either with 3 identical and a philosophers or mystic stone or 4 identical. I have seen a post on it but couldn’t find it with the search function.

I don’t know if you are in a guild or not, but I have seen several posts of people having issues finding people to run lower level fractals with. I know in my guild we have no issues running lower levels to get everyone caught up.

Agreed. Seeing the colossus look back and bow brings a huge sense of accomplishment to the completion.

It is almost certainly not bugged, but it sure is confusing. If you get the “Content Disabled” remark, then the ’pult is being used to fire cows and we cannot use it. There are two ways to tell when the ’pult is available to reach the Vista:

1. The NPC shows the merchant icon over his head; if you don’t see that, wait.
2. The ’pult will be in motion when in-use: you can watch the cows walk up to it, insert themselves in the back, and then get shot towards the harpy nest.

(Sometimes, it can actually be used by us during the harpy event, but more likely, it’s unavailable then and for 3-6 minutes after.)

It’s also important to stand in the correct spot: even when it’s available for use, you can get the “content disabled” message. You’ll know you are in a good spot if

• You can click on the ’pult and/or
• Your action indicator says [Interact] rather than [Talk].

I’ve experimented with this repeatedly and it’s easy to see why so many people are confused about it so often. I’ve been on the map when 3-4 people are claiming it’s out-of-order/broken and never had trouble getting it to work…as long as I’m careful about when and where.

Bugged on SoS as well. The harpie event completes and you get “Content Disabled” wether you interact with the NPC or the catapult. What sucks is it is the only PvE item I have left for world completion.

If you put runes on armor or sigils on weapons they become account bound. I’m not sure that’s the case every time but I have seen it a lot.

Four Staffs yield a staff. Exotic staffs have a slightly (very slightly) higher chance.

I wish this was true every time. I put 4 exotic great swords in the MF and got either a no name exotic staff or septor out of it. Maybe it was a glitch, i don’t know.

I have had this happen before, thank god it wasn’t with superior runes (some are very expensive). Is there a chance that you put the second one on the same piece of armor that you had already put one on?

I have used them as well with no issues. I am almost positive that one of the times was during the char dungeon.

As with many other people, I don’t have my legendary yet, but from what I have heard they are soul-bound, but whether it is on use or on acquire I don’t know.

My Superior Rune of the Guardian is doing the same thing. With 6 equipped it is showing (12/6). From what I can tell by my stats, I am getting all the bonuses with only one equipped.

As Ash said, it’s not an item. Just look at your elite slot skills and you will see it lit up. You just can’t use it yet. The good thing is that its there for every character you create, once you hit level 30. It really only saves you from spending 10 skill points. Maybe someone else can answer this question, does the damage it does scale as you level up?

It depends on what level you are. The Misfire Wolf is available after you reach level 30. Check your slot skills, at the bottom under the elite skills you should see it.

I found Vanilla Beans (7) for the first time in Metrica over the weekend. I have been through that area with (2) other characters previously and never found them.
