An ele with fireball+ lava font still outdamages a longbow ranger by a good margin, and does it as aoe damage to boot with fire fields that actually help the group.

But hey don’t expect the RANGEr to be the best ranged class when PvP whine gets in the way of the class ever being good anywhere else.

• Hands down easiest class to pick up in sPvP(spirit afk ranger or stand still somewhere high up with LB ranger)

• Picked up and also hated by new players who don’t know how to deal with spam

• Hard to respect because of spam (so expect hate)

• Easiest Solo PvE class, has versatility

• Might have a higher skill cap with the specilization in HoT… TBA

I for one would be happy to pay $44, as I do not pay a sub fee for this game

This speculation has very little chance of being true I fear. You really need to take into the account the WEAPONS that the new classes get.

For example, If the Engineer gets a hammer, I doubt it will be called an alchemist. Might be more along the lines of ‘Demolitionist’.

Warrior is speculated to have a pistol = Duelist
Thief speculated to have rifle = Marksman
Elementalist with sword = Battlemage
Guardian with bow = ?
