Crashes are still ruining the game experience. Is there a real solution for this that is not “rofl get a better comp rofl”?

This is stupid. I want a refund. I cant even use a WP cos the game crash. And seems to be it does not have a pattern. Just random crashes in the most random moments.

I do keep crashing really often. Yesterday at this time my game crashed 8 – 9 times in one hour. I stopped playing because it was way too annoying and I did miss every single group content because the crashes. I decided to let my friends keep going on story without me because it was stupid how often I was crashing. I used the repair tool ( -repair) and waiting for the “crashes fix” you announced. Nothing.

Today, only 15 min after I decided to give it another chance, my game crashed already 3 times, and counting.

Anet, seriously, fix your crap.

Login Reward - Day 28 missing

Yeah, but the day 28 is completly missing for me. I just did not get it. It did jump from 27 to 1. So no cool chest for me </3

Yesterday, when I did log in, I got once again the login reward – day 1 (Bag of Mystic Coins [Rare]), but I did not get the reward from day 28 (Chest of Loyalty), what makes me really sad, because that means I have to wait another 27 days to get that chest and my rewards. Anyone knows what to do about it?

I think the moderator can read this now: Bullkitten. How someone said before, is pretty impossible that several ISPs from different countries decided to change their settings exactly at the same time. Very convenient, uh?

Hey guys just an update:

Our Network Engineering Team has thoroughly investigated this issue and we have been unable to find anything that would indicate that this is an issue on our end. This does appear to be a widespread issue in the Latin American region which spans multiple countries and so I would recommend getting in contact with your ISP to see if there is anything on their end that can be done to alleviate some of this lag.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you all but unfortunately there isn’t anything that we can do in this particular case as it appears to be affecting multiple games and multiple ISP’s within this region.

I don’t think it appears to be affecting multiple games. Only multiple ISP’s. How people say before, there are not problems with other games.

I appreciate the wealth of information that you’ve all provided thus far. Please be assured that this is still being looked into. Despite whether or not our support team has informed you to contact your ISP, your information that was provided to us is still being forwarded to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

In the meantime, I would recommend contacting your ISP to see if there is anything that they can do to help alleviate some of the connection issues as I don’t have an ETA to provide for any kind of resolution at this time.

Please do continue sending in tickets so that we have more information to forward on.

I appreciate your patience in regards to this issue – I can definitely understand how frustrating this must be especially if you feel like no one is listening and so I want to apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Once I have more information to provide for you guys I will let you know as soon as I can.

And what will happen to all the lost time? I mean, I can’t even do the new dungeon due the lag. May I not enjoy it? Miserably?

Anet gave me a solution: paid proxy/tunneling systems
yeah, that’s pathetic

it’s not their fault, all of sudden a huge number of ISPs from Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, German, UK and others are the responsible for the lag.

Anet doesn’t seem to bother about this, it’s a huge problem, affecting a lot of players but they keep saying we need to submit individual tickets and get the same responses.

here is a list of locations, ISPs that i gathered:

  • Brazil
    Ajato, Oi Velox, Net
  • Argentina
    Fibertel, Telefonica
  • Puerto Rico
    Liberty Cable
  • Chile
    Movistar
  • Paraguay
    Copaco
  • Dominican Republic
  • Colombia
  • UK
    SKY Broadband, Orange/EE, O2
  • Australia
    iinet Cable

What do you mean with that list? The country and the ISP with the issue?

Today I tried to finish this achievement, but when I finished this jump (blue borderland), I did not get the achievement. I oppened the gate and the chest (so yes, I got the 2 key parts). But also, I tried to open the chest without the key, and I did it.
