Hi, I can’t do the “air drop” mission. After I land I start taking care of them risen groups, right.

After like 6th group when he says the Pack force is halfway on the way, game sort of picks up huge lag when everything pretty much stops, if I stay after few minutes I get error connection and back to menu, it’s pretty important for me, cos it’s lore quest, can’t progress without it. Never had anything like it before when playing. My firewall enables GW so really don’t know what’s the issue, tried like 5 times already,. Any help?

Hello, myself and other people had the strange problem with FPS. Everything worked nice and smooth, then I would log out and when I played the game again my FPS suddenly become bad. I am talking 10-30 fps(mostly 20’ish) I was confused by it because normally the game runs 40-70FPS which is great, can’t complain. Now a lot of people suggested checking your drivers, checking this and that and unfortunately at least in my case none of these advices helped.

The trick is to open your PC case and clean the dust inside your PC, if you have some power in your lungs, vacuum cleaner won’t be necessary. After that I started the game and my FPS went back to normal.

Do that! put some effort and like I said, if you used to have good fps and for some reason it drops to very low when you re start the game this is the solution for you.

I suppose I could write that in one of the topics about the FPS issues, but to be honest I want everybody to see it, because I know it’s a real bummer when you have a problem like that, so don’t get mad.

I think jump puzzles have some sort of lore, at least some of them. In Lion’s Arch there is one(quite fun) where you gotta find Dead Captain, I think his name is Morgan.

Yes, GW2 is a great game. Norn my fav playable race:). Gotta love their attitude to life.

Yes, I had pretty much the same problem, let me guess your FPS is even worst when you are moving camera around? This has nothing to do with your PC. You gotta wait a while till it “fixes itself”.

Just another day and you can’t be even bother to tell me why you broke my game. You know how to fix this, cos you already have somehow. Then just ****** do it!

It’s been like that for 4 days, what’s going on why can’t you tell what you are doing with this. Just make it the way it was. I know i must sound annoying but it sucks when I finally have some free time and can’t play the game because of some unknown issue.

OK so something got updated on my GW2 but still I have problems with terrible FPS. Arena make it the way it was before so I can play the game.

Hi, since the latest patch I had problems with FPS (10-20) especially bad when moving camera. Actually after 2 days when I started the game for some reason it worked good, I was happy, however after a while same problem appeared. On the next day game worked fine again but later when i played it again it all started again. I don’t run any programs during the play.

I think I already seen somebody posted this after the latest patch. I am also having problems with it, my FPS is terrible. Game is unplayable. However Arena Net said they are working to fix this so it’s all good.

When it happened? if you have that since latest patch then it’s the patch fault.

Same problem, no response to that from Arena yet. All we can do is wait till they fix the patch

Well… it must have been the patch. I have no other problems with other games. I read the forum and few other people also reported this. So please Arena fix it up for me. Would love to go back to the game.

When I am next to a wall or small area, you know not much landscape to see FPS is 60, but when I turn around and there is a view of some buildings, forest or so it gets terrible 15 fps or so. Nothing like that happened before and I have 12 giga of ram.

I don’t know if it helps but character menu and map works smooth.

The patch messed it up, I am also having problems cos of it.

Otherwise it’s placebo? Game used to run smooth and nice, suddenly becomes unplayable and you come up with placebo? Thanks for your tips but I checked them, didn’t help.

You mean just write the same thing again? I just did, nothing’s changed.

Even when I changed it to the lowest possible it was like 9-20 FPS it’s a joke. It would be cool if someone from Arena Net would comment on this.

I did. In fact I restarted whole computer, pretty much the same problem still terrible FPS, unplayable. It must haven been the patch.

Hi, since the start of the game my FPS was usually 40-60 FPS everything was fine, now I log in today, patch gets installed and suddenly I get really bad FPS 15-20. What’s going on?

Since Arena Net put a lot of detail into whole water’ish aspect of the game(combat, environment, and so on) I was wondering if they would add (later in expansion pack) new playable race related to the ocean world. In my opinion that could turn out to be actually pretty cool.

Question is, do you like such idea? How you feel ’bout it.

Hi. Can you guys give me some advice on what traits should I add points to for the ranged warrior type(rifle). Is Arms&Discipline good? What weapons fit the best? Two dual swords? Great sword perhaps? please do tell. Also what skills are good for such combination. I tried with defensive and discipline but it didn’t work out great.
