Hey I spent some time looking for this but i found it!..this was taken from the recent AMA by Chris Whiteside

A: “Yep there is no doubt that the fractal level system is causing fragmentation. We are currently looking at solutions, one of which is to set the levels into tiers whereby all those within that tier say 1-5 can participate. This has implications on reward and difficulty which is why we are still looking into it.

I believe this tier system would take the average of all 5 party members and then designate that number as the “level” which would generate the loot tables, difficulty etc.

Ah, that’s a shame, I would have totally ran with you, unfortunately I’m only on 18..I run with 3-4 different groups of people depending when they are on. What works best for me is when successfully completing that dungeon if I am happy with how the run went I ask them if they would like to run again some other time, and now I have built up a dedicated friends list that have people around my fractals level. Hope that helps!

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem or herd of it, we were able to replicate this problem twice using a repair canister on ourselves only one person in our group needed to do this and my entire team’s GW2 became unresponsive forcing us to restart the game.
Nope, you’re 100% correct. There is no plan of attack, there are no roles, there is no strategy. This is just poor and mostly lazy design. Feels like AOC dungeons did… several monkeys and one football….
so ive now collected roughly a stack of tokens from almost all the dungeons expect Arah..so i come with some experience when i say that..just cause’ you have no trinity does not mean you have no strategy, i think people hate change especially the players who have been so used to a tank + healer style game-play..i know when i form groups i specifically look for certain classes that i know will have more of an affect. We then go over everyone’s role etc. .. i think having a traditional trinity in fact is an overused boring strategy..and your now filling in the mindless role of what you are supposed to do.
i find it completely awesome that my warrior can be a support in one dungeon or a DPS spec. in another.. you just need to think harder, and choose the right group of people for the right dungeons.

i don’t care what anyone says..ive been in 30+ groups the past week…and we simply CANNOT get past defending magg…just dont have enough DPS to kill the first round quickly enough to take on the next group (which immediately goes after magg)… the repair bills in the beginning are not much but they add up as you keep dying..rezzing downed players is quite hard..as they will just kill you in 3+ shots..
i have been slowly getting my rewards..by completing the fire bomb area..5 tokens at a time..sigh
i refuse to jump over the wall and take the chest twice i have invested too much into my char to get banned.

What i think should be fixed:
1) of course the defending magg section needs a revamp..either make the enemies less tough have (1 silver per, spawn ..not the entire group having veterans etc)…and have a longer spawn time between each group i dont mind magg taking 200sec too get the gate open.
2) the boss needs to be 10x harder (maybe i exaggerated a little but you get the point)…it seems that that the trash mobs hold up a better fight than the boss iteself..this is not only for CoF but most dungeons…i want to get to the end and think “omfg…here we go big boss time..lets get ready”..most of the bosses can get kited away…having to do other tasks while killing a boss is not enough especially in CoF..it seems more of a chore than anything else..
i hope Robert reads this – (i know your prob swamped with opinions but this is what i see from myself and my fellow gw2 community) ..keep up the great work

the biggest thing you need to change simply put:
Make the END boss ridiculously hard….not the champs or the sub bosses:
- it is taking away from the overall feel of “Oh god, here comes the main boss guy get ready people!!!!!”
and finally Rewards need to be 100x better..
- like seriously..why do i keep getting a helm every time i finish a story mode dungeon..c’mon really?
FIX this bugg…oh my god….just make it a freaking commune or something..
Still bugged on JQ..been about a week now and i cant get my 100% map…
