I play The Dragon’s Reach Part 1 story and I need collect 4 part of the crown. I need find the final part in Iron Marches in Bria’s Manor. But I can’t find it till Bria is alive. But the dinamic event is bugged again, we can’t kill Bria cuz her Shadow Fiends are invulnerable. So the event is unsuccesable.
What I need to do? Pleas help me.

Question, if i queue as Thief then game start, confirm and check side panel that i am ready, game begin and clock start ticking, notice that build and class doesn’t fit on initial clash/split and decided to change into another Profession mid game that can turn the tides of battle in our favor; do i get desertion and personal rating loss as a risk even though it’s a won?
Second question, if i queue as Thief then game start so on and so forth but also notice that build setup do not fit and decided to change mid game, by coincidence it was my another Thief with different build and setup; do the system recognize it as desertion as well and punish me by taking away my personal skill rating?

I switched my character before the match started! So I was full of legal during the match so the Overtime fuction seems bugged.

I got same desertion debuff after win a match with the new, fantastic function, name Overtime and got -29 rank points for a win! So I ask WTF?

I have same issue! 1-3000 ping latency every map, every hour and every server for days ago.
I restared my router, change my IP, take everything, not help.
I can play 10-20 min then get massive lag, crash, restart etc…
I’m standing in the middle of the city (Divinity’s Reach) doing nothing and get 830 ping atm.

My last match! 7 necro!

Whenever I try to search for anything that starts with the letter “o” my game crashes, on every race except Sylvari (Norn is an unknown, I don’t have any of those).

Odd to say the least, but kinda inconvenient.

Game worked well during christmas time, but since New Year it fell back into it’s old routine 18:00-22:00 lag fest. It’s ridiculous it’s 3 + month long issue without improvement.

Time to do my “daily” pathping record and then test out some other game.

I can’t log in atm! And if it sucess I get the Connection Lost message in my face after a few min.

Description:
Almost each day during the 20:00 – 00:00 (GMT+2) Time interval the game gets unplayable due to huge lag. What I get is 15 seconds or more chat delay, skill activation delay, half minute or more freezes,frequent disconnects, unable to reconnect or reconnecting takes ages, and then I get DC again. In the last 3 weeks I think only 4 or 5 days when this didn’t happen.
For me it happens ONLY during that time interval and it’s weird, any other aplication works perfectly , my internet connection is stable.

My error was in the payment informations section, after the methode and the gem quantity choice. I could choose payment method.
But do you try to clear the browser cache too? Try to clear all of your broswers too (IE, FF, Chrome, etc.) maybe it will help.
Or I think you need submit a support ticket.

(The Support Team gives me a tips to resolve the problem.
Cause the in-game Black Iron Company Trading UI uses the default web-browser settings try to delete the browser temporaly internet files and clear the cache (the default windows web-browser). I don’t know it works I will try this at 7:00PM.)

It seems to be global problem, ‘cause I have it too a few days ago. (I’m in Hungary).
I wrote a support ticket too but I think they work on it. There was a billing maintenanace a few days ago.
