My prayers are answered. Thank you A-Net for the “rewards”. Now all the people that need a carrot to play wvw got punched in the face. If you thought that you would get a precursor in the chest go read pre-launch A-Net’s manifesto. All the tears in this thread bring me joy.

We don’t need a reward to play wvw. Playing wvw IS the reward. Remove farming and progression from wvw. Skins are nice but actual progression killed most pvp games. I am tired of farming new gear. I am tired of chasing the carrot and when i get close to biting it , they move it farther away. I just want to log in and kill people.

Necros are hard for engies? You must be kidding me. We have elixir c for condi necros. For fear necros we have toss elixir b and with 30% boon duration (which is in almost every build) we have it for over 5 secs. For power necros we don’t need anything special because they are easy. And don’t get me started on thieves. I kill most of them 1vs1 with my berserker sd build unless i don’t see them coming.

People that say engies suck are noobs that need easy panic buttons (warriors) or don’t know how to spec an engie to be effective.

There was no defensive siege inside bay, and the spawn tower was only equipped with non-superior ACs and on or two trebuchets – Nothing which would hold of a group of 20+.

I only encountered your groups in our third of the map (mostly DSun + Necr + others), mabe it was bad luck for both of us, then. For us it was mostly attacking one objective in enemy territory, then porting back to defend the camp, bay or the tower against 40+ of mixed guild groups, which wasn’t exactly great for explaining and training some basic combat mechanics to and with players who are new to WvW and PvP.

The guilds where running separate raids all evening and there was no commander on the map. If you saw Necrosis with Dsun it was either on the north camp (it was the only point on the map where we could find a fight) or a fortified objective. You people like sitting in sieged-up objectives and wait (talking about Jade Sea obviously). Your playstyle makes us blob together to get anything done because of defences everywhere.

I rarely post here but i feel its the right time for someone to remind everyone of some facts.

No one is a representative of the Piken community. Every one speaks for themselves and sometimes for their guilds.

I don’t feel embarrassed about something someone that plays in the same server as i said, because we didn’t agree on what to post here. We share the same server, not the same opinion.

Piken guilds didn’t make a plan as to how we will be conducting fights. We have no agreement as to make blobs or not. Every guild (and individual) makes that decision for themselves and are free to change that anytime they want.

Wth no drama? You are all being so nice to each other. You do realize we have to disembowel each other, right?

What is the problem chrono. Sin joined us when we came to T3 and RG weren’t here during our rise to T3. The only guilds we lost are TUP and Boon and although it’s not a good thing it’s not the end of the world either. There are at least 10 more organized guilds that can keep the fights going.

This week Necrosis fought in maps with not one of those guilds that left and we did good with the help of the rest of the server. We might not stay in this tier but we can still play.

Are you proposing to replace those guilds with new recruits? No thank you. Getting in to T2 is what caused us this trouble in the first place and most of the guilds just don’t have the numbers to fight these zergs. We are going down in rankings and that’s a good thing. The fights are better in the middle tiers for guilds like the ones we have in Piken.

And don’t tell me that suddenly you care about hypothetical transfers and you want to protect them. You are causing drama where it does not exist.

And if you are afraid of dying then stay in Lion’s Arch. I don’t care if i die. I just respawn and continue playing .

And the purpose of this topic is not to inform the community. We have our server forums and we had our weekly meeting yesterday. We know what’s going on. We don’t wait to find out in the official forums.

Our server does not need fixing. Enough with the winning. Let us play in peace.

RG have moved so many times i can’t even count. When they were in PS they helped a lot but i think we can manage without them. We don’t even want to be in T2 so a couple of tiers down will be good for the community.

TUP and Boon are a different story though. They were here since start and we will miss them. But a couple of guilds, even those 2 great guilds, isn’t the end of the world. Stop making such a fuss about it and play the game.

I want to express my outrage against Pikens that state every time they get a chance that losing those guilds will mean the end of Piken. It is an insult to all the guilds that play every day with 10-15 guys against zergs and got us up to T2.

Necrosis will stay to Piken and will keep fighting every day no matter who we ’re up against. We had tons of fun in middle tiers and we are looking forward to playing there again.

Last night Necrosis could not get a full raid in BLs. We are thinking of leaving too. That Us server looks good. I’ve played Warhammer in a US server for 3 years and it was awesome. Will consider it. Especially since Pax and Red Guard left. I know more guilds are thinking about it. Maybe we should coordinate our transfers and start all over again somewhere else.

We worked so hard to make a low tier server so strong and climb the tiers. We won’t be here to watch Piken drop down the tiers like a brick.

Necrosis [Necr] is a Greek only guild. We are at 66 members currently after we cleared the roster. We have 4 commanders but we run 1 at the time. I hope you are having fun fighting us .

Haven’t seen anything special from RS yet. Just infinite numbers. I miss Kodash. So glad we will get them next match-up.

That fight was a mistake from us. You just took the keep and we should have waited a bit for the zerg to move out. We got greedy after capping everything else and we lost 1 keep and 2 towers because of that wipe. Golem rush is effective to take objective with no time for the defenders to react. When defenders are already there it’s hard to succeed.

But yes it was good all night. It seems that we will be fighting each other next week too. Unless we dominate next couple of days but i don’t see it happening. Both servers are hitting us hard, which is a good thing because first place hasn’t locked yet. It’s doable.

And Gunnar’s thanks for not running when we hit you. AM on the other hand retreat most of the times although they have bigger groups than us. A couple of AM guilds seem to know what they’re doing. The majority of the zerg look like they never played an open pvp game. There is work to be done from AM commanders to make things happen.

M.r. Starfall you misunderstood me. The reason i don’t like AM is the way you are fighting. I said that already. What i said about night-capping is that it’s the reason why you have this rating. And i don’t hate you. Hate is a strong word.

I am entitled to my opinion as you are to yours. I have fought against almost every server out there with a few exceptions since we were originally from Desolation. Saying that i don’t like AB’s style is not offensive, at least not in my book. I don’t like the way you move in the map and i don’t like they way you conduct combat. It is not fun and it is not effective. You won by 150k because you took everything in every map during morning and you kept them through the afternoon. It took us time to get every single point back when it was upgraded and full of defenders , while you pve’ed in the morning in empty maps.

So, in my opinion you didn’t deserve the rating you have. You don’t have to agree with me , but you can’t deny me the right to express myself however i see fit. So a zerg of 40+ ppl who get pushed by 15 and start running is inferior in my opinion. Gunnar on the other hand stand their ground and fight.

There is no wrong and right when it comes to that. It’s whatever people like more or less.

And to clear things up, Red Guard transferred to Blacktide at least for this week. I don’t know if they are coming back. That was our main force late night.

Necrosis is a pvp guild from Warhammer (KA) and we are currently on Piken Square. We came from Desolation and we love this server. I would advise good guilds from GH to join us. You will soon realize why guilds from GH should move to PS and not the other way around.

As for the meeting, if it will be about destroying AM i am all in since its a server with low skill but big zergs. I think their rating is overrated and they achieved it due to off-peak hours zerging.

I am from Piken Square and we fought AM last week. They had huge zergs but they lost almost every single open fight. Zergs can be managed, no problem there. What we cannot deal with is the night early-morning capping from AM. Not a single day passed that we had less points during prime time than them. But we woke up to a green map every day. Its really disappointing to roll over a server and still by the end of the week they beat you by 100k points. Next week it seems that we will meet again.

As for hacks the only thing we noticed is that huge blob of ppl outside keep doors that they don’t take damage at all. No it not the 4-5 targets aoe restriction. They took no damage at all, not 1 single person. Some kind of area of effect exploit. Going in a glob of infinite players with a flame thrower and not seeing 1 number of dps is weird. Log said AM invader is hit for 0. And that was for all of them.
