This change or what it is ruins the thef we are no longer able to play with the playstyle we like what would you like if thay removed sword totaly ? eh becuse this change is just that now d is useless.

It ruins everyting now the skilled theves are forced to be unskilled becuse we have reviled when we have not even attacked, this ruins the class so much that im quiting this game im not goingto play or even buy the expansion if thay dont go back, ben playing since beta but now i cant get the feel of the game any longer becuse of this. I predicted this thay only lisens on the zerg of ppl who sickens screams out its to strong we cant do anyting bla bla bla, and thay nerf so Farewell guild wars 2 you were my world and life now you are my death.

Im having lag spikes non stop, im not even using verision fios… i opened a support ticket for my ISP wich is bredbandsbolaget an isp in my country and opened one for Guild wars 2 no one can fix this problem becuse its a midle man who makes the internet slow im not a customer at veriszon still thay throttle my speed way ? becuse thay are evile! thay want to make Money like explened in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rz4Ej3IVefo&list=UUy1Ms_5qBTawC-k7PVjHXKQ

What has become of the free internet its gone! many more big companies starts to Control the internet to make Money and frezze the “People/companies” that thay dont want to support. im just so sad… becuse i cant do anyting to counter it not even a vpn like wtfast works 100% becuse it still has to travle into the crappy verision hands.

This means that thay can even controll who wins and who dont in a esport tornament for example. and way just to make money.

I disagree with this… nerf stelth even more that is rubbish It should be there as a way of escaping um this is not a block man… the butiful with the thief is that we can move unseen for a short period if one removes that then we can all stop playing this game i will anyway stop to play this game if that happens… cus then the game is ruied and i dont say ruied for just the thief but all who can go invis will be ruied mesmer etc.

The stelth is not ruining the game its people who cant think for themeself i mean if a player with more experiance vs one with less then the experianced player often win even when one fight multiple oponents you know way becuse that player know how do evade and confuse the kitten out of the enemies that just means the herd of 5 people is less experianced and therefor can not find the experianced player this goes for all classes. i dont want to see this game being a world of warcraft copy where we stand and spam spells … the game mechanic is desigend to favor the human factor dont remove that…

I took this up as a suggestion, its not limited to supply camps, well you could fix that problem by making everyone slow and spells to become slow while one is in there. everything can be solved by coming up with fixes and improvements.

And also i never mentioned that the stealth should go hand in hand with the thief mechanics, i mentioned stealth as i want that kind of behavior. but it will not be exactly the same as if you get closer to anyone you will have a chance on showing more and more it could be so if you start walking and hes close you have a higher risk of reviling etc.

WvW static stealth wheat fields

I got an idea when i battled five players in wvw camp what if there were wheat fields that grands stealth when one moves in and removes it when one moves out also if there would be one enemy who ran in he would see you if you get in x radius to him. well the main question is if we had some static locations like this in camps for example or any other location it would open up new possibilities as one could use it to try ambushing scouting or even when one need to run away its only limited to imagination and strategy thinking.

By Stealth i mean some kind of behavior for hiding it self, it need to be neutral as not blastable or anything of that sort

Feel free to evolve this idea with improvements or anything

WvW - Capturable supply depots in attack

I had a similar idea to this that you could choose once you got through an enemies outter walls to either steal1/4 of their supply or destroy 1/2 of it. Amount could easily be changed to more appropriate numbers.

If a outer wall is down and invaders manage to reach a supply depot inside then by doing something (killing an npc, breaking a minor defensive wall or something) be able to capture it.

They will then get x amount of supply at the captured depot (half of the total amount or something ?)

What do you think about this idea ? in my opinion its more realistic as it is now the supply is visible there but no one but the owner world can take it even if you are standing at it.

It would also be nice if we can upgrade so the loss of supply is smaller.

Pls reverse the In-Combat Slowdown

I’m actually against this. It’s needed so that the mobs can keep up with you in combat. Running outside of combat is a bonus speed. If they took it out they would have to speed up all the mobs as well, and then they’d be a lot harder to avoid.

Currently, it’s super easy to avoid most of the mobs in the game, even in Orr. The problem is that most people just don’t try. Node farmers take the shortest route without thinking, which is often right through mobs. Rangers and Necros are the worst about this because they don’t do the most simple thing of storing their pets. If you are a ranger running through a map, put your pet on peaceful and stow it. I too often see rangers node farming with 5+ mobs following them and their pet along the way. It’s a nuisance to themselves and other players. If you are a necro, you don’t need all those minions to run across the map. Don’t summon them. Simple.

If you are running through a map and get in combat, make sure you have some of the following:

1. A speed boost
2. A teleport, if available
3. A stun breaker
4. Condition removal
5. Stealth, if available
6. Dodge (especially in the Cursed Shore. Know the mobs that have ranged attacks and be ready to dodge them)

All of these will help you get on your way.

I can’t feel the same way give us slowness defies logic what needs to be done is make mobs catch up faster (give them slowness spells, shadowstep similar functionality that we had in gw1)

Its bad to force players to use spells and dodge to get around in the world, at least that is how i see it.

If you decide to run through mobs its better to have them try to catch you with a spell or actually cripple if they manage to hit you close combat.

This is wrong by design and the global slowness to “in-combat” feels as a fast fix they put in to counter the mobs need time to catch up. As it is now its pure stupidity.

+1 This is something that need to get removed.

I’m a old gw1 player i preferred how the “in-combat” system was. Its the same as others before me mentioned “hex, frezz etc”

To give a player slowness only because he/she went in battle is pure stupid it defies logic
what i want to see more of is:

Don’t follow the other games, be unique is what makes a good game look on gw1 for example. I as others had to high hopes for this game i still do, this feature needs to go!

WvW - Restricting the possibility to revive

Make it possible to revive someone only if they are dead on a landscape that has connection to a captured keep/overlook/tower etc and the captured point also need to
be connected to other points until it reaches the safe zone (the borderland start point)

This will improve the overall wvw experience in a way that everyone need to protect there towers territory by territory this will open up for more strategic attacks as if one cuts a territory in half then the other towers will not be resurrection zones, meaning we will need to reinforce the protection of towers before proceeding else play it more unsafe.

This is an idea that i got before i went to sleep, so if anyone wants to improve it im open for suggestions and opinions.

Guild Material Upgrade

1. As the post says it would be nice if there also was a material bank upgrade for guilds in the architecture section.

Im a guild wars vet and the feeling that we had in guild wars 1 is missing… as it was fun at the begining but now its becoming more and more static with that said i agree with CommanderChopper this is someting that is missing and would give new life to the game.

World vs World Map idea

I can see youre point but i dont think that
will be a problem if one design the maps with strategical points then the maps will be on the same level.

Else create maps and use random pick on it, then one can use black fog on the map for enemies so thay dont know the structure on the map at the start.

There are many solutions to a problem, what i want to improve is the static view of the currently battles.

I think we need more maps in wvw and come up with the following idea.

Individual Server Maps:

Every server should have a unique map then when facing other servers you will know how youre land is but not youre enemies if you have not been in battle with them before, this will improve wvw and give it more perspective.

Eternal Borderland
If we had a set of Eternal borderland maps then one could be picked by random (or some specefic logic) when a new battle starts.

I got an idea when i was in WvW and was trying to give direction to ppl but it is to hard to explain…

so i was wondering if possible that we could ping any location one the map to the chat it would provide better navigation…

i know we can ping waypoints and POI but this question is for “Any” location.

I agree, i think that banks sould have dynamic storage, witout limitations its not fun to use youre own characters as banks when youre out of space.

I dont think this is a bad thing every class have its advantagets and thats good becuse you dont want to make the classes the same it would damage the fun in this game.

And when you talk down assasins, true thay kill fast but its only when you are one vs one.
