So what would you actually propose? I too play on a daily basis and i actually like that the rewards are there but not too much.

Several things:

T6 crafting materials
Weapons and/or weapon skins
Straight up currency – gold/silver/copper
Common collection items
Chance for rare items – Back Lion chest keys, BL ticket scraps, etc.
Item boosters
Temporary QoL bonuses, such as reduced WP costs

I’m not saying eliminate the things above (though I wouldn’t be sad to see them go), as I realize there are people who use them. But they’re way too common and pile up way too quickly.

I’m feeling cheated by the rewards in many of the daily chests. The drop rate on Writs of Experience, Resonating Silver, Bloodstone Dust, and Dragonite Ore are way too high. I have so much of all of these that it feels like I’m getting nothing from the chests at all (save for the karma, which is always welcome). I play daily, but not to the level many people do, and even so these pile up so quickly. I will never use Resonating Silver (no interest in having a Scribe), and my bank is so full of Bloodstone Dust and Dragonite Ore that I had to buy extra storage space. Additionally, I have all level 80 characters and plenty of Spirit Shards, so the WoE and Tomes of Knowledge don’t mean much to me.

Will you please put in actual, good rewards in the daily chests? I want to feel like my efforts are being rewarded and that the Dailies are worth it. Thanks!

This is happening to me, too, and I’m really not ok with it. I’m so not ok with it that it makes me unable to play until I hear if this is going to be resolved.

I know that may sound crazy or reactionary, but the e-mail address I use for this game is my private one, and not one I want a lot of people to have.

So in Lion’s Arch, we are treated to Subdirector Blingg brag about the “newest and most unique” travel destination in Tyria.

Hate to tell you this, but being unique is a singular condition. There are no degrees of uniqueness. It’s like being pregnant, or dead, or on fire. You can’t be a little pregnant. You can’t be somewhat dead. You can’t be kind of on fire.

It may seem like a little thing but it’s immersion breaking to see an Asura make such a mistake. I would almost let it slide for any other race. Almost…..

You tried to cram way too much content in too short a time period. I really wanted to be able to complete it all, but between traveling, the hurricane, and it being a holiday in my religion, there was no way. I don’t see why this couldn’t have been a month-long event. Even two weeks would have been better. Giving the last act a 24 hour window on a day where people are likely to be busy is just silly.

The content you have is good, even the frustrating clock tower puzzle. But it’s just not enough time. Extend the event next year, and make this stuff obtainable again in the future. I didn’t even come close to getting all the achievements and would like to be able to finish it in the future.

Well, no need to be rude. And the bag comparison doesn’t work because it’s not the same kind of item. I guess I’m spoiled by City of Heroes where a global unlock is truly global – I have it on all of my characters without the need to ferry it back and forth. For this particular item, there isn’t any reason why that couldn’t be the case, rather than have Sisterhood of the Traveling Witch Costume which fits my Norn, my Charr, and my Asura just the same.

Hm, well I’ll be traveling that day, so I miss out. Shame, cause Halloween is my favorite holiday. Hope many screen shots and videos are taken. :-)

Yes, but a pumpkin isn’t an animal. That would be rather interesting, to say the least.

So the Witch costume is account bound, but you only get the pieces on one character. in order to have another character wear it, I have to put the pieces in the bank and get them out with a different character. Why don’t all my characters just get their own pieces? I’m really disappointed that this is the way it works.

Would have been to have had a juvenile bat pet available for rangers during this event. Make them charmable only during the event, but something a Ranger could keep permanently. Maybe something to do in the future?

I’m curious about this as well. I’m going to be traveling the 25th – 29th. I don’t want to miss anything.

Is the Witch skin account bound? Can I use it for more than one character? Cause I can’t justify that price if it’s just for one character.
