Ok, well, I guess it’s just me then. And for the record, I wasn’t even logged on during the time they dropped extra, was out of town, so that is not skewing my view.

Since the patch to “fix” the drop rate on the unidentified dyes days ago (week ago?), I have not seen a single one. I used to get at least 1 a day. Speaking with guildies, I have confirmed other people are not getting them either. Prices of them have more than doubled on TP. ANet seems to have overcompensated.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve read in awhile. Of course inanimate objects lean towards genders. Have you been living under a rock or are you post-modern and don’t think anything should be labeled anything.

I agree 1000% OP. What’s is with the rainbows!?! The Predator rifle is awesome looking but shoots colored bullets?!? The pistol Quip shots party favors from the 1980’s. The shortbow actually shoots rainbows. WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!

I have this same issue. A pulsating tonal sound. Seems to happen in chaotic situations… WvWvW zerg fights, dragon events, large group events, etc.

Just happened to me a THIRD time….42,000 karma goodbye. Previewed a light armor piece on my warrior and it bought it. I can literally do nothing with this piece. I can’t wear it, transmute it, sell it…42,000 karma goodbye.

ArenaNet, make me whole please, this is horrible it’s happening and even worse customer service for not making us whole.

This exact thing happened to me and I bought the Vigil Greatsword for 5.5g’s!!!! Right clicked preview, left click on preview…boom bought. 5.5g’s is a ton to me!!!

Today, I went to talk to the Mystic Forge vendor in Lion’s Arch and she was no where to be found. Other players couldn’t find her either. Turns out she was moved over by the merchant’s near the Trading Post in Lion’s Arch.

Then I went down to the Dungeon token vendor’s and all of them were huddled into a group by each other and not near their “tables”.

Someone in zone chat said mesmers (or maybe guardians) have some way to move the NPC’s.

Please fix.

DoomBunny, you make excellent points. I do like the animation WhiteDevil, but not the utility. They can keep the animation but issue more damage instead of the pointless leap. Something more like the MH sword warrior auto-attack chain would be more appropropriate.

I agree 100%…need swappable armor. For example, I’d like a condition armor set and a healing armor set for my ele.

I’m too lazy to read all the posts and I’m sure this is mentioned, but….
The auto-attack on air attunement goes off when it’s near an enemy whether I tell it to or not. Also, the animation for the auto-attack sticks and won’t go off until you force another animation (like earth armor).

1) The first skill/auto-attack has the third part of the chain as a leap. This would be better as the very first thing therefore you can leap to target. Also, once in melee range, the leap should disengage (see next point)

2) The dodge skill doesn’t work very well when melee’ing with the sword. The ranger doesn’t seem to want to disengage from combat. This is the only class/skill that I’ve noticed this with although their could be others. Also, this disengagement problem could very possibly be the result of having the leap in the chain of the auto-attack.

Anyone else having these problems? Sword/Warhorn is my preferred melee with this class, so it is quite annoying.

EDIT: I noticed that come of this is listed in a general bug thread, sorry about repetition.

20-30 FPS then you are lucky…I get 30-40 in PvE…When I’m in a large WvW battle I often drop to the 5 FPS range (not exaggerating). Part of this is my problem, I have an i7-930, 6GB RAM and 2 GTX 460’s in SLI BUT I also do 5760×1200 resolution triple monitor gaming. Even still, to drop to single digits when PvE runs great is telling.

So, I was previewing Vigil items to see how they looked the other day. I checked out the greatsword among other things… Left the zone and went about my business. Later I checked my inventory and noticed my 6 gold was down to 1.5 gold. Wondering why, I looked in my inventory and sure enough there is a Vigil Greatsword. This is upsetting. I’m not a gold farmer and therefore 5.5 gold for an accident is a BIG deal to me. Secondly, it’s upsetting because it’s a frigging rare item. I could have crafted 2 exotics for the price of this one rare!!! My guildmate accidentally bought 2 pairs of Vigil Pauldrons, but that was far cheaper than a greatsword. Of course after my heart skipped a beat, I thought, ANet will make me whole, I’ll submit a ticket. Here is there response:

Suggested solutions:
- Fix your system to be able to refund me.
- Disable double-click purchases (I can only assume this is how it happened to me)
- Have a simple confirmation screen, like in most MMO’s
- Have a 2 hour (or whatever) vendor buy back
- Make this items exotics and not rares to justify the costs

This last point is huge. The tier 3 cultural items are insanely expensive. The human helm I know costs 20g!!!!! I’m not upset at the 20g, I’m upset that for 20g I can have about 10 exotic helms of varying stats and graphics. If it’s going to cost 20g’s at a bare minimum make them exotics, my goodness.
