(Want a quick idea on what this thread is about instead of reading my essay, scroll to the bottom :P)

I want to start off that this is not a QQ but I just wanted to voice my opinion.

So far, I have loved all the CONTENT that has come with each update, im actually very, very impressed. Its a lot of content for a free game imo, and fun.

However, I am a collector of pets, now im not going to be too upset because im a casual sort of player but I do find it rediculous that I have to gamble each seasonal event to get a mini pet (apart from halloween).

I wish it could be like Halloween again, pet bundle of the gem store, heck I even brought 2 packs just so I can get all four.

Surely this is a better model? I believe(just my opinion) more people would spend money on the gem store if they were guaranteed the mini pets. It just makes logical sense to me, plus it’ll stop all the forum hate for the RNG stuff.

I thought the halloween was a good example of how it could of been (apart from the weopons), I brought both costumes, and the pets. Reason: They looked cool and well I knew that if I brought it, I know ill get it. Unfortunatly, I’ve not spent a penny since… Im not gonna risk gambling, my luck is terrible.

Anyways, Long story short: More items on sale in gem store instead of RNG = Possibly more money and happy customers.

First of all, Why did you delete your ranger?!

I understand that we are not currently powerful… Every ranger knows this, especially after today.
But one day, one holy day of awesomness perhaps they may fix all the issues and we will become equal to most of the classes (emphesis on the ‘one day’ tho :P)

Im gutted I cant play my ranger like I want too but then again I still love how a ranger works, I think it was a waste to delete. I admit, im probably going to end up re rolling a warrior, not because they are strong or anything, but when rangers get back on track, I want to be hitting the dungeons like no tomorrow on him and enjoy it, the warrior will just be extra bankspace/farming :P

Not sure where I read it as im not gonna lie, I read ALOT of things on the forum at work now…

But I cleary remember reading that during 16/17 there will be a one time only thing, like the cinematic from halloween however the events will keep happening through the day. Its just the 18th that will be a one time event thing and if you miss it, tough luck situation.

I think its time for me to put my bow down, start wearing heavy armour and carry a long sword around, seems that Anet value those type of charecters more then anything…

Ill deffinatly play my ranger again as soon as SIGNIFICANT changes have happened tho…

I personally thought it was brilliant, best event that I have ever taken part in over multiple MMO’s.

There was so much content and so many different things to do.

I admit, I see people upset about the items, but Im quite glad with my flaming halloween book on my back.

Also, I guess I was lucky, I couldnt play on the first day however I had access to the forums so I could read about the BLC. However, Didnt stop me buying some keys, I saw the gem buying more as a investment into a gaming company who, lets just say, made a fantastic event.

Didnt stop there either, brought my self a Mad King brawl set.

Also, (I admit I was lucky) managed to get the arachnaphobia bow from the MK Instance.

So all in all,

Amazing event, can’t wait for the next one and I will be buying more gems when it comes round.

EDIT – Forgot to mention the artwork – Just utter amazing.

I know that I wouldnt mind spending a evening a week, unrewarded just to become a GM ingame and hunt for these bot’s.

Obviously there would need to me limitations to what the GM could do.

Something needs to happen tho..
