But i do gotta admit that your charr looks pretty good with that setup. The only thing i’d have comment on is how big your horns are…it’s all about proportions, man

Lol, I like ze big horns, and I still don’t think they’re big enough. But, I really don’t think there’s a better looking Charr than mine.

I would prefer CD appliers and CC.

Purpose of the build would be for PvE and WvW.

I love doing Conditional dmg but I also like doing CC while having raw power (which comes with the rifle).

I just wanted to have several opinions and inputs to see if it would help me make up my mind :P

So I’m trying to make a Grenade build but I’m having a difficult time and I could use some input.

What’s a best weapon to use overall with the Grenades, rifle or pistols?

Also, what’s the best way to put my traits and what stats would be good for gear.

The Charr run on all 4, being hunchback allows them to quickly drop on their 4 paws and start running. Besides, the fact that they’re hunchback is just perfect cause it differentiates them from any other race in the game. Why would I want to play a furry human with horns? No. Charr are perfect the way they are.

Hey forums, this weird bug happened yesterday and it’s still going on today, whenever I open the TP up it would bring me the desired screen (gem store, trade, sell, etc) but it would not load any data or any items at all, so basically I can’t use it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I saw some videos about the charrzooka and it looks amazing! I was just wondering if someone could use it to lvl up? Like regular pve?

Hello everyone, I recently turned lvl 28 and I’m doing the Ever Vigilant quest for the Vigil, in which I have to kill Howl. For background purposes, I’m Iron Legion and my sparring partner is Clawspur.
Now the thing is, before I got this quest I was listening to the kinematics for joining the Vigil and I remember my charr telling Clawspur that he was going to lead the warband now and that he was going to stay in the Citadel, now, I get this quest and he’s in there with me. Why?

Second question.

I haven’t seen my entire warband in like 4 quests, where did they go?

Then that just fits perfectly, I started my charr in the Ash Legion so he can feel comfortable inside it.

Hello everyone, I deeply follow GWs lore and I wanted to create a Charr necromancer but, because of some “fitting” problems I can’t bring myself around to do it.

After the battle between the Flame Legion and the other legions, charr magic wielders are no longer to be trusted by Blood, Iron and Ash, because of the Shaman caste.

How would a necromancer fit into all of this? Wouldn’t all the legions consider me weak or someone who should not be trusted?

I know nothing like this happens in the game, but in my mind it does.

Is anyone else getting this? World gets transparent when running on native resolution. Is there any fix to it? I know changing to supersample or subsample does the trick, but sub looks hideous and super kinda lowers my fps a bit. Is there any other fix to this?

I think you are the most intelligent WoW player to come to these forums. Yes, most of them rushed to lvl 80 and are now finding the game wanting. GW2 is about the ride and a hell of a ride it is, most beautiful game ever made.

Don’t worry about the f2p model and the developers ability to create new content. You said it yourself, you’re new to the GW scene but let me tell you that GW1 followed the same game model and they came out with regular content updates and 2 standalone games(These were Factions and Nightfall btw), that added a totally new continent for each game, plus 2 more classes a whole new story and setting. And last but not least, Eye of the North, which is considered GWs actual “expansion”. Add to that weekly tweaks and events.

ANet knows what they’re doing, regardless of what people say in this forum, they’ll get the game in the right direction.

Weird, whenever I look at my hero’s window it says “My Story”, not “Me and x guy’s story”.

And I have no idea what you’re talking about since I’ve been playing the game with a friend since day 1. Doing the same missions and story missions together.

I am patient. I understand what this game is trying to be. I even love what this game is trying to be. To respond to your post more directly, I would even argue that this game is quite bug free and functional. The only issues I have noticed since launch day were related to the TP being down (and, tbh, I didn’t really care). Everything else worked smooth as silk.

My problem, bro, is that I ache to see their PvE reach its true potential. What they have. . . it’s a good start, but will not hold through until they make it better.

Honestly, GW1 was boring at first, the constant updates and expansions made the game what it is.

GW2 will get exceptionally better.

The game has been out for less than a month, jeez, stop it with these threads.

Of course ANET will fix the game in the long run, just give it time.

It’s been 2 WEEKS since the game came out, obviously it is going to be flawed, obviously there will be bugs and, YES, ANET is working to fix these issues, believe it or not.

In just 2 small weeks people already capped their mains and are now complaining because they have nothing to do, DUH, you rushed your way into the end and you didn’t enjoy the ride.

9 times out of 10, whenever a new game is at launch date, the launch is not flawless. D3 had problems and Blizzard is working to fix them, WoW also had huge problems on launch date and it got better in time. Everything gets better in time.

GW2 is the most beautiful MMO ever created and for a f2p game model it is absolutely way more rewarding than anything you’d expect from the same type of game (f2p I mean).

Whatever happened to patience in this world?

Hello everyone I’m new to the forums here so yeah.

I bought the game yesterday and I was playing fine but sometimes in some areas my fps went to 5 – 10 even while I was just moving my mouse.

Now, before I bash out on ANET I want to know if it is my PC that has the problem, I can run Crysis 2 on high settings at 50+ fps so I DOUBT it’s my computer.

Here’s my rig:
Windows 7 Home Premium x 64 bits
Laptop Dell XPS l502x
Intel core i5 @2.30 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Nvidia GT 525M 1GB
683 GB HDD storage

Now if I’m letting out please let me know.

EDIT: If I put the game at highest settings I get max 20fps anywhere I go.
