What about releasing its correspondant glider skin? I think it would complement the current backpack perfectly and would be awesome to finally see some fire bursting out those propellers while flying around.

Seems that they are still dropping, so its just me having a really bad luck streak (I am sure Anet has lowered the drop rate). I check daily the Ley-line converter, the guild merchant and the Karmic converter, the only three ways of getting them I think.
I used to get one Metabolic from time to time from the WvW boxes obtained through Ley-Energy matter converter. It has been some months ago since the last time I got one from these supplies boxes.
I have never read from any patch any changes regarding drop rates from these boxes but I am sure Anet has removed them from the box possible drop or they have reduced the drop rate to a very reduced probability.
Can anyone confirm me that these Primers are still dropping from WvW supply boxes (like 3 months or more since the last time one dropped for me).
Same here, killed him, I have the mastery, but no item for my HOPE progression inside the chest. Plz anet, fix it!
This trait now makes steal release a blinding powder, but the blinding powder attached to this trait has its own ICD, and it is higher than the steal CD, so you can only release a BP once every two steals. If you steal when BP is still on its internal cooldown you just steal, no invis, no reveal, no nothing, because BP does not trigger.
To add more points to the issue, there is no information description in the trait tooltip about releasing BP. This option was an old version of traits preview that was removed with the last preview. It seems that even programmers got confused about so many versions of this trait. Hope it gets fixed soon in either way:
1 – just stealth when stealing – no need to fix the trait tooltip, just the trait itself.
2 – releasing a BP on steal with no ICD – needs tooltip rewrite and trait fix.

Worst nerf ever! Please revert this! Most of the builds use this trait as the only condi removal, we are almost dead without being able to remove cripple or immo!
I have tested it and I agree with you guys. The hidden trait now releases a blinding powder on use, something that was mentioned in a first trait revision but later removed. Now it seems that it is present but not working properly because it uses the internal cooldown of a BP (so you release a BP once every two steals), neither it appears in the description tooltip of the trait.
It looks like somebody left the work half done and forgot about it, it is a bug that was left on the shelf due to the patch deadline rush. Hope it gets fixed soon.

The same issue got fixed after some months the last time it happened so..this time is not a matter of finding the error and repairing it, its just copying the solution adopted the last time it got broken. It should take no time to fix so I expect to get it fixed soon.

Hidden thief + mug is broken, again! As it was in the past, the latest patch has bugged this combination of traits, the invisivility is applied before the mug damage and u get revealed as the mug damage triggers. It does not happen always, but it happens most of the times.
Bump! Pls don’t make us wait 2 months like the last time!

mug + hidden thief never worked together? Mate, I dont know which game are u playing, but it is not gw2. Of course they worked, I have used the combination of these two traits for months. But now is not working anymore, u get revealed once the damage from mug triggers, wasting the hidden thief trait. My question is: Is this still a remaining bug and will be fixed or it is now working as intended?
Nobody else is concerned about this issue?
Bump! Thx Anet for fixing the other stealth issues but the one mentioned in this thread is still there, hidden thief + mug = intant revealed when you steal.
Any plan from developers to reduce material costs of new recipes?
I want to change my guild’s name and tag. I know this issue arises from time to time. I want to ask developers if they play to add this option to the game, similar as the player name change contract that already exists.
So, a developer said a lot of months ago (almost a year), that they were aware of the clone bouncing problem and that they will solve it. Today, clone bouncing is still happening, making some skills like mirror blade loose half of its potential. Is it very difficult to fix or what happens here?

I have read that temporal curtain is going to get nerfed providing only 6 seconds of speed instead of 12. Come on Anet! Mesmers is the class with the worst speed access (most mesmers using travelers in wvw). I don’t want to use travelers and usually keep switching focus/pistol during wvw fights. With this nerf, non travelers mesmers will have a heavy loss in wvw movement capacity (in the new map it will be insane! its huge). Do I have to switch GS/staff for chaos armor buff now? Too many switches just to run like other classes already do without effort.
If you think that the benefits of buffing the whole zerg with speed are good enough to compensate the nerf in duration, you are wrong. What about mesmers not zerging? What about roamers? Mesmers speed buff is not needed in zerg right now, with so many guardians, perma speed is granted. Why do you nerf temporal curtain then? The only reason I find is just to nerf non support mesmers (not using staff), aka roamers aka phantasm mesmers. If you Anet think that phantasms mesmers are OP, nerf their damage output, but not their mobility across the map, because it is already a kitten mobility!

the dodger achievement is the last one left for me but I can’t get it. I have tried several times to stay in front of the regulator, the free area from marionette’s sword swing. I am sure that I have never suffered damage from sword but the achiev does not pop. Most of the times, while being there, I suffer damage from the champion’s aoe, that sort of dark field that tics you down, sometimes I die for it, sometimes I survive, but I am 100% sure that I do not suffer any marionette’s sword swing. My question is, do you have to avoid also champion’s aoe to get the achievement?
I would like to have special finishers depending on your WvW rank in the same way you have finishers depending on your sPvP rank. What do you guys think?
Cafard, my ego is a standard one, like yours. They aren’t allied all the time, just enough to ensure they finish the week first and second. If they where against us all the time the difference would be greater.

If you think that 2 vs 1 is ok because you are so good then try to command when all the blobs are out there, not only in the morning when you recap empty buildings, without upgrading any of them nor escorting cows, just to loose all of them during the lunchtime.
Two french servers, and one is Vizunah, who has enough manpower to overwhelm the rest. During the first days we, Baruch, hold the fight. Now the french alliance is more than noticeable and we have no chance against two servers, especially if one of them is TOP 1 or 2 in Europe. I launch this post to catch the attention of Anet, this is not sport, this is not competition, is this what you want for the league?

I used the preview option to see the new ascended focus and I can confirm that it has an incorrect misplacement when stowed. I opened a ticket and sent a screenshot ingame, no response from the developers yet. Hope they fix the problem before I craft it, still gathering mats here.
Autobalancing is the most irritating feature I have ever seen. If I play to win and a buddy of the other team quits…why I deserve to loose? Tell me Anet, why? I played good, I scored points, so whats the point of this?
This 1 second cd on into the void is totally unjustified from the pvp sense of view.
1 second is a whole life in pvp and the difference between life and death is half than that. Time to react? Well, you see me casting the temporal curtain so here’s your time to react. With such a big nerf this skill is now used just for run, to reflect something (a lot of opponent ranged attacks are not reflected yet) or to catch a bad player… Try pull someone running away from you…almost impossible now, try pull someone skilled to your warden or away from you with this added second…almost impossible now. Temporal curtain when used for combat was a rather complex ability, you needed to play with time and spatial location, you had to read the combat field and your opponents movements. Now with this 1 more second, the ability is totally crushed as you need to guess future actions and also, given the known courtesy of mesmers all over the world, gift the opponent with one second of advantage when I have already lost some seconds to prepare the curtain and position myself in the field to obtain tactical advantage of the skill.
Add to all this the sword nerf and the phantasms cd nerf and what is left. Ppl trying to build interrupts in a game not designed to interrupt anything intentionally or making builds around scepter, which are all useless.
So to conclude. Mesmer is a fantastic class, all games have mages, warriors, paladins… but mesmers where invented by you guys in gw1. You created difference and now you dont love us anymore? Why? What do I have to do now with my legendary so kittening kitten gs? Change it for scepter because we were OP?, come on! we are mesmers! of course we are OP!, you created us this way! We kill without getting dirty, we move like faeries and we always have a smile in our faces even in the worst situation. You don’t have anyone in your developer’s team rolling a mesmer? Unbeliebable.
I will give you time to redirect this mess Anet, you deserve it.

I have done more testing this morning following your advices. I thought that the clone had to leap through the curtain but as you said, you have to be exactly on the curtain for both, leap and swap, to work. Ok, I buy it xD, it adds more difficulty in pvp as you need to place the curtain on top of yourself or move wherever you have placed it before casting leap, but with some practice I will get used to it. Thanks!

the combo mentioned in the title is supposed to give retaliation to the caster for 5 secs. When I try it on the dummies it works, I gain retaliation when my clone leaps through the curtain and, if I swap after it, I gain retaliation again and it stacks for 10-13 secs.
The problem with this combo appears on the field. It rarely gives me the first retaliation effect and when it does, I loose it when I swap. Sometimes the ileaper stops in front of the curtain and crosses it like walking, giving me no effect. Sometimes I see the retaliation text message on the screen, but no retaliation is gained. I do not read this forum very often and I don’t know if there is already a thread for this topic, if there is one, I apologize. Is Anet working on it?

I don’t know if here is the right section to post this, but I wanted to tell the developers that, with the last patch, two ori nodes are inside rocks and unreachable in Baruch Bay server. One is in Malchor’s Leap, north-east and inside the water, the other is in cursed shore, again in the water.
Normally we find that, with every two or three patches, one ori appears inside the rock at Karka’s nest, but with this patch we have two new oris out of reach. If these 3 locations appear together someday we can have 3 oris bugged…can you please solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

after several months of playing GW2 I am ready to buy my precursor, dusk. I have been following its price at the TP and I don’t understand why somebody always outbids the highest buyer by a lot of gold plus 3s 97c. If I want to buy dusk I would put a price that outbids the highest buyer just by a minimal amount. The “397 guy” always rises its price by 20 or 50 gold plus its 397 signature. Can somebody please explain me this behavior?
When I replaced my exotic rings with the ones I got from fractals I was happy to see that if I merged them with one exotic ring I got from a chest I would be able to get some keys and open some BL chests…I didnt notice that Lyns was disabled and now I have 2000 commendations that I cannot use in my bag…
Anet, why you didnt block the recipe to get them? If you had block the recipe I wouldnt have been able to get commendations and I would salvage/sell my exotics for some ectos and everything would be just fine, a pity for the keys, but fine.
Please, block the recipe to get them and allow players to exchange the remaining commendations for whatever they want. It will be a matter of time when commendations will be out of our the bags (remove Lyns when these happens if you want) and you will be able to sell your lovely keys for gems/real money, which is exactly what you want to do. I will personally not buy anything from the TP with gems till you don’t start to be fair with your customers.

I have found that ori and I am a mesmer, but I cannot reach it. Teleport does not seem to work. Any tip?
