I can’t see and open the final “trophy” chest; three times (once a day)

After the patch I finally completed the mission, and I can use the masteries.

I opened a ticket from web, quick response; try this:

Please try activating any other story, leaving to WvW or the PvP lobby and try deactivating the prologue. If you are in an instance please try auto-kicking you by walking out of the bounds.

Nothing for me

There is a patch coming up really soon that is supposed to be fixing this

Another thing: with another level 80 character you can unlock the mastery system for the other characters.
I can’t test it with myself because I’m leveling up my “Second-in-command”.
Anyway, better than nothing!

I have only this task checked and greyed out:
– Check in with Marjory and Kasmeer.
– Check in with Canach and Taimi.
– Gather at the rally point leading into the Maguuma jungle.

Completed with my brother and get the reward (I completed even two mission after, always with reward).
That’s a problem because I can’t unlock the masteries.

I tried:
- Quit this chapter. Continue this chapter. [NOTHING]
- going to different chapters and back again. [NOTHING]

please HELP US!!!
(because I’m not the only one stucked in this limbo)

Have you found a solution? I checked with support and they had me remove all history from computer and start game as fresh. still no good. They told me that eventually the developers would solve it, but I still have no verification that they even know about this issue. Same thing happened to me and I’m still stuck in prologue.

The CS Team responds to every ticket; if you are not getting responses, have you checked your spam and junk folders? Did you create new tickets each time? If so, although you will still get the automated response email, it will put your issue at the back of the queue. You can post your (original) ticket number in the Sticky, ‘Tickets for Review 3 Days and Older’, if you have had no response after 72 hours.

As the Bug Report window clearly states, you will garner no response if you are only submitting in-game Bug Reports. As stated above, if you desire a reply, create a ticket.

Has there been or will there be an address to the Story line bug that prohibits progression past “Prologue to Maguuma”? I have been working the HoT map completions on my main and now find that completion of Auric Basin is impossible without story completion, Masteries progression is slowed due to lack of mastery points that are earned in personal story as well as the experience for mastery tracks. I know I can do it on another character but I prefer to have my Main go through all the content and have Him completely Unlocked. An Updated Acknowledgement would be appreciated. Thank you for any consideration you have given this issue.

No consideration at all! Many of us have reported through forum and bug report but we are still with no answer (at least OFFICIAL answer because a lot of user here and in the game tried to help).

Locked out seems to be solved with zoning from Silverwastes to Verdant Brink and then starting the mission again from there. It’s not confirmed yet to work, I only post after internal confirmation and that is in progress.

Unfortunately did not help, my main character is still bugged. I tried it more times, WP between SW, VB and other location, switched / quit and start again story or walk between that zones and nothing helped.

Any idea how to solve this problem? Reported it many times…

Zoning from Silverwastes to Verdant Brink it’s impossible because the portal is locked (see my screen above).
Anyway I don’t know how or why but I had unlocked the waypoint at Verdant Brink; I was with another player and I helped him to complete the other two mission after.
So, I restarted the mission even in Verdant Brink but nothing
