Unreachable? You just need to explore more.
I’m been a mesmer since day one and seeing one of my skills becoming a craftable hurts my feels a little. And I’ll be honest, when I saw portal being used in the class introduction pre-beta I was hooked even though in reality it is more often a convenient perk. At least it’s expensive to make.
I always liked in heart quests when I was temporarily given new utilities or skills from other classes.. Like that charr one where you have to stealth. So I can understand the appeal. But really, being able to craft skills from other professions is just a really bad decision imo.
I find myself using heal just to catch up. And that’s with focus and blink.
I want to know about the 20% extra gold as well. I heard mention that they were looking into a way to help compensate players with magic find gear but what about this? The only reason it was worth getting was for dungeons.
Because being able to target people in PvE for PvP is such a great idea..
It’s enough for me that everyone has an account name for all characters.
Okay, I’m female and I LOVE this skin. It was awesome before and now it’s just pure win. Troll..lololol..
Some of these posts make it seem like it’s a bad thing if you like skin. Geesh.
I don’t usually like to complain but this was not a good idea at all. I was looking forward to doing this with friends.
The Good:
- The fractal dungeon is awesome fun!
- New jump puzzles!
- Almost epic 3rd phase event (but see below)
The Bad:
- Zone wipes
- 2-3 hr long one time event is just plain brutal. It felt longer. If it wasn’t for how long it took to DPS those crabs down and took maybe an hour it would have been much more enjoyable.
The Ugly:
- The large gap in reward distribution is upsetting.
OP- I think you should just get out there in WvW and see what it’s like!
The first time I ever had any experience with PvP was in Aion and believe me, I was scared too. I avoided it until an Eylos came through a rift and I had no choice. It was close at first but then I lost the upper hand.. I tried to run away but that didn’t work and I died. But my heart was pounding and and.. I was totally addicted! I died a lot at first but got better as time went on. You might find you really enjoy it.
I’m excited and I can’t wait. I wish I had more time but seriously, that’s a GOOD thing because I can’t get enough of this event. In all my years of gaming GW2 is the only MMO that has been able to hold a candle to the CoH/V events and it’s even managed to be even more extravagant and.. FUN! I was so impressed I dumped a bunch of money on gems as a big fat “thank you”. The amount of work that went into this is obvious and I thouroughly enjoyed every spare minute I was able to play.
