do w have to change the files back after the update though?
Well they jut had a patch, but still does not seem to have fixed the issue.
Well I am playing on the mac client. I went to use the guild portal, and the interface is not working. It was working last night so it must be related to the 11/17 update. I had some of my guild members check it out and now one can use it. Its not a permission issue since I am the leader. The interface though is blank.

Now it is worse than before. If they are going to offer the game on mac it should work, they they should be working towards fixing issues that cause the game unplayable. Its crazy when you work towards a map meta only to be dc and lose all your progress. You can’t get back into the map because it maxed out. Before I would crash 1 time every 1-2 hours now its like 4 times an hour. Arenanet please fix your game.
It happens a lot and they still do not have a fix for the mac client as well. If they are going to offer the client they really need to make sure it works. It took them a week before the mac users could even use the guild hall interfaces. As a guild elder that was a huge problem. Now there are even more crashes with todays update. They really need a fix before introducing more content which will cause more problems.
So I was in game and a new build comes up. I logged out to get the new patch and the launcher is not coming up. I have waited for it to come up, restarted computer, and nothing. I am on a mac and none of my other guild members are experiencing this issue and they are on pc. Anyone else having this issue?
I was watching someone on Twitch play thief in gw2 and he was showing people how you can use steal as a stun breaker. I am not exactly sure how he was doing it, but he mentioned you had to have a target, and that target has to cc you out of steals range to make it into a stun breaker. He said it was a bug and I am not sure if this has been reported or not.
So I am hearing that you are able to maintain your sigils fro spvp in the aspect arena. I am guessing this is a bug.
I am wandering also is there a way to 1 shot people in the aspect arena. Some how it keeps happening to me and no one else is in the area except me and one other person. I know I am not falling because I would see that, but something keeps killing me in 1 shot and I am thinking it is a glitch.
These are very good people, who really know how to have a good time. If you all looking at going to an EU server I would really recommend joining them. They run WvW very well, and I am sure you will enjoy your time with them.
I am in CD, but I know a guild that went to Far Shiverpeaks. They are having a great time there and tell me the community is great. They feel at home and if you want I could give you contacts with them. They are a small guild but very friendly and do a lot of fun events.
I also left CD. The wvw community there right now is split. Ferguson’s Crossing has proven to have a great community, great response times, and pugs who are competent. When you tell them not to PVD, or not to build something they listen and it is amazing. The majority of players use the server TS and follow very well. All of the wvw guilds work together via TS, and they will stop to help defend when necessary. After a year of playing this is my fourth server, and a very pleasant surprise. We have good NA prime time coverage, but could use an aggressive force at that time as well as coverage for SEA/EU prime time.
Your being nice by saying it is split, it is getting far worse, but we make it workout the best we can. I personally have fun, but I prefer small group tactics over zergs. If your looking for a strong WvW community that is set in stone already though CD is not at this time.
Nice job tonight BP and HoD, I was out on a guild event with my guild tonight on CD and we thought your tactics were really quite strong. We especially liked your reaction time BP when we tried to take our home garrison a few times and you responded last minute. I think you guys keep a scout there watching our actions, or you send a scout when it becomes tagged, but either way I thought it was impressive.

Thank you for showing that spot in the keep. I tested it out and it does work with an ac. I think overall people just don’t like to admit that they are wrong, or when something happens they may resort to hacking claims. But is zoom hacking an offense that one can be banned with? I believe they are not hacking the system but using two monitors or a larger monitor with a bigger window size. So is it just something people just frown upon?
