Those are only asset servers, which is where you download patches. They are controlled by a CDN service and the IPs will change over time. They don’t actually matter.

If the problem was on ArenaNet’s end, they would have likely said something, likely on the EU forums. Additionally, everyone trying to connect to a specific server (/ip in-game) would be having the same problem. Considering people have said that they were able to connect after using a VPN, one of the networks in EU has likely gone down.

They do matter, quiet alot actually. Adding -assetsrv 194.25.94.187:80 to the gw2 shortcut wouldn’t work if they aint important.

I can login after adding the following (-assetsrv 194.25.94.187:80) command to the target.

If it was the severs then it would effect everyone, I just logged in no issues ping was at around 70 that’s a little high for me I’m more at 40ish but no problem logging loading or zoning.

As you can see there are more then 32 servers currently offline and the current online servers do have hickups.

Does it affect everyone? No. Does it affect alot of people? Yes. Is the problem at the gw2 server? Most likely.

Thanks for the reply, I’ll have to wait on an answer on the support ticket then. Hopefully i’ll be able to play next weekend

I’m unable to login to my GW account. It continues to say the login information is not recognized. The login information should be the same as GW2, right? My account is linked to my GW2 as well. Resetting my password has made no difference, still receiving the same error.

I’ve also noticed I need to enter a character name, i’m unsure what this is. But could entering the wrong character name cause the error i’m getting? Anyway besides a support ticket I can find the character name?

This looks like a good place for this sort of thing, but I really feel like a veteran that is easily soloable is not what any of us, including Anet, mean by a “boss”. I went up there just now, and there is a “Grand Chest” there. I don’t think it’s what we’re looking for.

Asura finishing the jumping puzzle

Looking at that video he actually gets ported in before he hits the wall. I actually hit the gap of the clocktower and then get ported. This seems rather odd, could the last build maybe have broken this?

So this might be character related then? Or could it be something with the overflow?

I’ve been trying to do clocktower for about 1-2 hour. I’ve finished it without any problems on my human. After finishing it on my human, I decided to do it on my asura.

Spoiler below, so stop reading if you dont want to see this!

At the end of the puzzle, that you have to jump into the clocktower that gets broken, I get ported to the start instead of the clocktower itself. I’ve tested this numerous times (Made it 16 times to that place and didn’t manage a single time to get ported inside)
This only happens on Asura. I logged my human again to try it their and got it in the first try. There really seems to be a bug related to Asura. Could anyone confirm if this is true?

It wouldn’t suprise me if this weapon is currently bugged and therefor not avaible in the game. Could we get a dev to check it out if it’s actually currently obtainable?

Talked to both Aura.1645 and Annihilator.1937.

Aura basicly told me that his friend got the staff and he didn’t remember if it was Masterwork/rare/blue. But he was 100% certain it wasn’t exotic. He was also sure that his friend, who actually got the staff does know it. So the next day, (Today) I whispered his friend Anihiliator. All he had to say was that it was exotic and that he salvaged it. Considering, they both got a different story i can only assume that they’re lieing.

I’ve just tried this recipe after the new build, it’s still not fixed. Please fix this! I’ve just lost alot of gold!
