I would love this feature

I would really like to see this as well.

I would like to see it as an option, but not mandatory. I would also like for guild chat to be saved in the message window when I character swap like tells do.

I really wondered this myself. Hopefully a feature they will add in soon.

When you join or leave a guild, you do so with your account and not each individual character. When you left your old guild, you left it as an account (all characters), regardless of which character you were on when you left he guild. Representing is a different story, and must be done per character as others have stated before me.

Great post OP, I certainly agree with you. Ascended gear reminds me of the NGE in SWG. It may not be a total revamp, but it is certainly a change in game structure.

I am also hoping for a discounted upgrade for existing players.

I agree. There is no way I personally had an impact. The event ends the same way no matter what; given time.

I had this problem last night, but it resolved itself after I restarted the game a couple times.

Are they in your safe box (invisible bag)? If not, nothing happens when you try to sell it on the trading post. At least this was the case for me.

After the event today (and the subsequent login server going down), I am experiencing a similar problem where I am unable to chat in guild chat. Hopefully these things will be resolved soon.

I have the same problem which started today for me.
