As much as you would like the MERC move ramifications to fade quietly away, I think they’ll keep following the main individuals involved. Potentially for years and across games.

Imo, the only thing in gaming that matters in the long term is your reputation, built through your achievements and actions in game. Everything else is digital detritus.

When you take a move that splits a community, insult those that you left behind, and refuse to acknowledge that there were negative aspects to the move, people remember. Particularly, if you like sunbathing in the forum limelight and can’t keep picking at the scabs.

MERC moving to JQ was a great thing for the game. Imagine the result if we all stayed on BG.

The only animosity that is still present is from former MERC staying on BG. We on JQ have moved on and are enjoying our game.

The actions of that player certainly dont reflect the whole BG community. We (jq) are trying to work with BG to find out who this is.

Are you running any 3rd party software. Especially any Teamspeak 3 plugins??? Some of these cause my game to crash.

If it makes you feel better, BG have been ticking between 270-340 the past 3 hours. Hope your not too bored my friend.

I know many are having FPS issues so i wanted to also bring mine to attention.

Im running a:
4770k oc to 4.4ghz
GTX Titan 6Gb card
Samsung 512gb SSD

When in Lions Arch, i average about 30fps on Ultra setting or 60FPs when not moving.
The problem is when im playing WvW. My FPS drops to below 10FPS when engaging another zerg and im forced to put my setting down to “Best Performance” to even play.

As far as i can tell, this is the only game i have that runs terribly on my system.

Is this pretty normal FPS on a system like mine, or is there something else most likely going on.

I been thinking that a small handful of BG’s posters remind me of nothing so much as your typical political talk radio commentator but upon more careful reflection I’ve come to the conclusion that most political talk radio commentators are paragons of rational discourse in comparison to that, actually not so small, handful BG’s posters.

Every night MERC float. This would not be possible if we had queues on all 4 maps. As Tarkus pointed out, we might have 2 full maps some nights but never 3-4.

That’s quite a statement considering what I stated happened today. SoR was ticking a 50 for quite a while, while BG was ticking over 400.

You know as well as everyone here that this is quite an odd occurrence of this happening. Usually SOR start way ahead of BG/JQ coming into OCEANIC and it takes most of the timezone for BG to take them over.

BG then holds SEA but its usaully equal with JQ on points with SOR scoring in the mid to high 100s

No one in Tier 1 actually wants to fight unless they have 80 people backing them up, that’s what makes it frustrating sometimes. SoR/BG players almost always run from me rather than engage 1v1. Even 2v1 against me, people will often just run away.

Im one of those people that usually runs away from fights.

There are two simple reasons for this:

1. I scout for my team, there is no point being dead and losing eyes on bay/hills/garri.

2. Im not specced for 1v1 fights and small skirmishes.

Why should i have to conform to your playstyle and engage in fights when i prefer carrying information and doing something for my team. We all have different interests in the game and dueling is not the only part of the game thats enjoyable.

BGs NA really do a great job, no need to knock them.

I dont think our oceanic/SEA has a big advantage over JQ/SOR in terms on numbers these days. When you have ND + WM and MERC all playing at the same time, its our coordination that really shines and our ability to use float effectively.

Not to mention we have excellent commanders who really play for ppt

the only mistake BG did was they wanted to build up a community that will win quick. Nope its not gonna happen. We JQ will still be dominating you because just like SoR we were built because of the community, not because you guys got the best/mediocre guilds.

You seem mad. Ive yet to see you once in WvW frudoo and your on JQ so why don’t you take your own advice? Also, JQ did receive quite a few guilds, I wasn’t very happy with the Euro stacking, but we did not recruit entire servers.

So you think the only guild that left SOS and went to BG was MERC? Apparently you don’t know much about the topic your talking about. There were 10 major guilds that left SOS and went to BG and a few small ones. As for WM, yes they pretty much are all of Kaineng. They went from bottom tier to second tier purely because of WM.

Once again, the exaggeration of guilds.

Someone should post a list of all the guilds that transferred to jq. Think there were over 25 of them.

Only a few guilds from SOS went to BG and a few have already transferred off.
JQ is still the most stacked server by quite a bit

Also please list the 10 major guilds who went to BG from SOS

I think that only d/d thiefs are OP. And that is if you only have sub 16k health. (steal>CnD>backstab hits for roughly 16k)

I play a S/D thief and theres no way im OP and i dont win many 1v1s. (yes im probably a terrible player but thats okay)

Great work by JQ. I dont think the majority of BG realised how strong you guys are in the last two days of your matchups and sort of switched off too much. Putting around 30k points on us in the last two days i give masive props.
