Just recieved 3 dye packs in the mail that I do not recall ordering.
Everything Ive purchased with gems has always been delivered properly.
Currently unable to buy gems as the paypal/CC issues still exist.
And to top that off, Im unable to log into the support system to update or create any tickets.
No issue with light, heavy is not as good as light but it beats medium.

One of the crafting skills(cant remember which) I made one back piece for mid levlish.
Ive forgotten mine, click on the forgot password link of the game client
and get a page saying that that service is disabled.
Goto the support side and go thru hoops to get THAT password changed
with an email reset, email never arrives.
2 different passwords, both messed up and no way to get it fixed.
If I hadnt checked the remember password on the client
I would be unable to play.
GW2 facebook page states they were doing some work on their billing systems so hopefully they are addressing this issue (even though they’ve never publicly acknowledged the issue!).
Dount count on it, it sounds like the same thing they did, was it yesterday?
A small thread about an error with paypal appeared and a mod showed up and said they thought the issue was fixed with the maint.
It wasnt.
They need to publicly acknowledge the Issue, and apologize to those of us that have been affected by it.

Its the main issue with the Gem Store Questions/Issues [merged] thread.
The account is blocked from using CC/paypal.
That issue HAS NOT been fixed.

The problem with that advice?
People are getting flagged and not able to buy gems to trade for gold.
They are running into a fraud prevention scheme that locks the account
and prevents the use of credit cards and paypal.
Big thread about it in the accounts forum.
It’s a fraud prevention system that has gone awry.

Your account has been flagged and is not being allowed to purchase gems.
If you submit a ticket you can expect a 15 day wait for them to allow you to purchase gems again for a limited time of 24-48 hours, after which your account will then again be flagged.
No the problem has not been fixed.
just got the email asking for the cc and payapal info
noticed that the origination wasnt from ncsoft but an outside support service
rightnowtech.com which was recently acquired by Oracle
so now they are outsourcing their support :/
I put in a ticket about this issue 2 days ago as well.
